Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Step outside to a private, heated pool and spa, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a hammock, and a gas BBQ grill. Spend afternoons floating in the pool, grill up dinner as the sun goes down, or stretch out in the hammock with a book. A private patio and backyard round out the outdoor areas, and access to nearby resort facilities - including a gym - comes at no added resort fee.

The family room adds two queen memory foam pull-out sofas and a 65" Roku Smart TV, giving the group extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

Game room & entertainment
A fully air-conditioned game room keeps guests of all ages entertained with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style life size games, and a Roku Smart TV. The home’s 65 inch HDTV offers access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fire TV, and a dedicated workspace with a door gives anyone who needs to log on a quiet place to do it. An indoor children’s playroom, board games, and books and reading material round out the downtime options.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, baking sheets, a blender, toaster, wine glasses, and a hot water kettle. Start the morning with the Keurig or drip coffee maker, then gather around the dining table for meals, or carry plates out to the pool for an alfresco lunch. Breakfast is provided, and barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling at the pool.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the home, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and a hair dryer. The primary ensuite includes a bidet and soaking tub for unwinding after a day at the parks.

Family-friendly extras
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, a pack ‘n play, a standalone high chair, a baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys for ages 0-2, 2-5, 5-10, and 10+. Babysitter recommendations are available on request, and an outdoor playground adds another spot for kids to burn off energy.

Location
Set in the Orlando area, the home offers lake access via a path or dock, a private entrance, and free driveway parking for 4 vehicles plus free street parking. A laundromat is nearby for longer stays, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Good to know
Self check-in is available via smart lock, and housekeeping can be arranged 24 hours a day, every day, at an extra cost. Pets are allowed, and the property is a single-level home with no stairs. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property only, with no interior coverage. This Orlando-area retreat, with its pool, spa, and game room, is built for memory-making family trips.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
