New, exclusive 5 en suite bedroom, 6 bathroom vacation Estate with the best, most sought after floor plan at the highly regarded and exclusive Windsor At Westside. Fully furnished and decorated by a professional interior designer.

2 En-Suite Master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with new California King-size beds. 3 additional large En-Suite guestrooms on the second level, 2 with new Queen-size beds and 1 with 2 new Full-size beds. A perfect loft area for the family to gather and relax after a day at the parks.

Downstairs there is a top-of-the-line eat-in kitchen, a fabulous upscale dining room with seating for 10, and a large, comfortable family room. In addition, there is a fully furnished game room in the garage with a pool table, air hockey table, and foosball.
The laundry room, featuring a new washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, is also located on the first floor.

Outside there is a large, private, fully furnished, and enclosed lanai with the largest in-ground pool available in Windsor at Westside, including a large hot tub with a spillover waterfall into the pool. Good stay. House appeared clean but wasn’t stocked very well. The kitchen didn’t any a spices or seasoning. We also didn’t have any spare toilet paper. The owner was responsive and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Location and Rental

Great location! The house was very nice and accommodating! No issues at all. We would definitely stay again. The only negative is that the game room is not cooled. So, it was too hot to spend any time there.I would suggest finding a way to cool that area of the home.

Room for the whole family close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was great having 5 bedrooms and each with its own ensuite bathroom! We appreciated having a large home to come back to at the end of a long day at one of the Disney parks. Our adult children were able to join us for part of the holiday. The pool, especially, was inviting and enjoyable for all.The owner responded quickly to our questions. We recommend this property!

Room for Improvement

The location of this property is good, but there is definitely room for improvement. Recently used this property for my family vacation to Disney. There were only 5 pool towels, but sleeps 10 people. Only one bath towel and face towel per guest so you are forced to continuously do laundry. Carpets could use professional cleaning and rugs should be replaced. No safety supplies for the power outage we experienced. No guestbook or welcome instructions. No plastic drinkware for pool area. Outdoor dining table and chairs were very worn. Pool didn't circulate water and was dirty (Found dead frog and spiders). Bed breakdown is not accurate in the VRBO listing, 1 room has 2 twin beds and other room has 1 twin bed and 1 double bed. Check out time on VRBO is listed as 11 AM, but management company listed 10 AM check out. Property management company also had my email contact incorrect and I only was able to figure out check in by calling. This property was fine, but it is showing a lot of wear and tear and could use some updates.

Wonderful pool

Things were dicey to start. We were never informed that Florida Scandi was managing the rental and would contact us. So emails that came in from this company we thought were spam initially. The house was pretty clean and it does look good, if a little worn on carpet and furniture pillows. We had a few issues, entire door taken off hinges, ice maker not working, toaster not working, no bench outside for garbage and a couple other minor things. The blow dryers, one works, one not working, one works on low speed. Not enough pool towels. Some issues were resolved, but I feel Sean's management company kind of sucks. Sean is personable and nice and did respond to us, just his management company was out to lunch. The pool and spa were wonderful: heated to a very comfortable temp. Overall it was a nice stay, and his home is close to the community pool.

Family vacation

We had a two week stay for 6 adults and 4 kids, the house was perfect for us, the pool very refreshing after a day at the parks. Only slight criticism was the lack of instructions of any of the equipment but generally excellent. I would recommend this house.

Lovely villa good location

All good per how we rated above. Minor issues were: better starter pack would have been good, bigger bins, more regular outside trash pick ups, net in pool not great working. , 2 of 3 hairdryers not working. It would have been useful to have had some information about the complex for example opening times. Also, the sundry shop did not stock essentials so I would make that clear. But that was all was very good and we all enjoyed the villa. Netflix on TV was good. Very spacious, laundry room good and beds were comfortable.

Great Stay 👍

The house was as described, clean, lots of room for our family of 9, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were super comfortable and we very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub (had to be pre-heated). The place is close to shopping and restaurants, but the traffic around the parks is horrendous (obviously not their fault) and it took a lot longer than it should have to get there. The supplies in the house were (as mentioned by other travellers) very scarce. We had to spend a lot of money on things like garbage bags, dishwasher and washer detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, coffee, tea, soap etc. not sure if this is normal for the area, but it’s the first time we have ever had to buy so much stuff. Communication with the host and management company were prompt, however, the check-in information was not sent until 15 minutes prior (and we had to ask for it which was a little nerve wrecking). Once received, the check-in was seamless. There was an issue with one of the appliances and thankfully the host was very responsive and accommodating so it did not detract from our experience. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend Sean’s place to anyone.

RunDisney 2024

We stayed at this property as part of the family was participating in RunDisney 2024. The property is close to Disney with easy access. Overall property was clean. Did see hair on the bathroom floors. Main disappointment was the kitchen.. no Keurig coffee machine. We had 7 people and kitchen is not stocked with large enough pots and pans or sheet pans to support 7 people. Also missing hot mitts to remove items from oven. Oven is old and took a long time to cook food. Hot tub got up to temperature after running it for a bit.

Perfection Epitomized

The home was simply beautiful... I booked it for a family gathering of five family members, but due to travel cancellations, only two of the five bedrooms were used. Because I wanted to enjoy this vacation, there was no cooking or grilling (yippie). The owner provided all the necessary home supplies but I always provide my own when booking. The pool area was immaculate, but too cold for swimming. Everything was perfect. I hope to reserve this property again, if it is available next year. Kudos to the owner!

Florida Vacation

There was enough space for us all! this listing does no justice to how beautiful the home was literally everyone had a bathroom which was great! My son enjoyed the pool at the house and the club house. However be prepared to buy a float for the lazy river. The location was in close proximity to great restaurants, stores, and not far at all from Universal studios. It was a great vacation!

Awesome place. Book it!

My family and I (6 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, property manager was always quick to respond, the private pool was perfect, and each bedroom had its own full bathroom which was so nice. There is also a pool and lazy river for guests which the kids loved. We searched through many properties and we’re so happy we found and chose this rental. I’d recommend booking it. You won’t regret it. Next time we plan another trip to Florida, we’ll definitely try staying here.

Green Pool

I tried to check in over the phone, and the lady didn't know anything about my reservation. So when I arrived at the office, she was still clueless. Until I gave her the property owner's name. I was told that the house wasn't ready yet. (I arrived 30 minutes early). She stated that the house was being inspected. Finally was able to see the house, and it was beautiful. Well, not the swimming pool. Couldn't use the swimming pool on the first day. The water was green. Wasn't informed that our cell phones wasn't going to work in that area. Luck came the next day as we got a signal away from the house. Called the office and the maintenance man came. The wifi was working and the pool was fixed. If the house was inspected before I arrived. Then the pool wasn't. Wasted two days of no swimming pool.

Por 2da vez nos quedamos en esta hermosa casa , muy comoda, equipada con todo lo necesario, PEROOOO . El vecino d la proxima casa , le molestaba todo el tiempo la musica ,(volumen normal) tuvimos q llamar al secuiruty pq salio muy enojado , la piscina de la comunidad muy sucia , raro pq en esta comunidad nos hemos quedado 3 veces y nunca hemos tenido ningun problema

Amazing Trip

We arrived later than expected but there was no issue getting through the gate or in the home. The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. My family and I loved the home and the amenities available to us. The homeowner was always available for questions and very responsive. We will definitely be visiting again.

The house was very nicecand very well precented. It was more than adequate. Could probably do with a fresh coat of paint , just to brighten it up and make it a little fresh. Outside could do with a clean up , but lovely size , and more than enough .unfortunately the grill wasnt clean enough to use , but we still had a fabulous time. Location is great and would definitely stay here again . Easy reach to everything and really enjoyable relaxing stay. All the little complimentary toiletries where a really nice touch . Thank you

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Necessities (like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags) were provided which was nice. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No issues during our stay.
