The Space:
Welcome to our modern and bright townhome located in the New Preserve Area!
The living room is bathed in natural light and features a 70" TV, perfect for entertainment. The open-concept kitchen is sleek and modern, complete with a countertop that seats 5 people. The dining room can accommodate an additional 6 guests.
The bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, including a King bedroom on the ground floor with a shared full bathroom featuring a shower.
Upstairs, you'll find a King suite with an attached bathroom boasting a bathtub and double sinks. There's also a room with a Full bed and a Twin bed with a trundle, and another room with two Twin beds, one of them being a twin-over-twin trundle. The latter two rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed and equipped with TVs. The washer/dryer area is conveniently located along the hallway on this floor.
Step outside to your private screened pool area, complete with lounge chairs, fun games, a picture stage, and outdoor dining for 6 people.

Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.
As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
