Stylish, elegant and spacious 6 bedroom / 7 bath family villa with private pool, hot tub and secluded deck area, ideally located in the world renowned Reunion Resort, only a short drive to Disney and Orlando's other attractions, yet quietly positioned within a secure and peaceful setting.

Privately owned, this house has been meticulously cared for and now provides the ultimate in luxury vacation rental accommodation.

Overall Nice Home

Overall, the home was very nice. Very spacious for a bigger party with private bathrooms in the majority of the bedrooms. I loved that there were plenty of towels and linen. The downside of the stay were the ants, and finding a Gecko in one of the bedrooms. The property managements communication had been pretty solid until I asked to have someone come to remove the Gecko. I never heard anything else- crickets. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Orlando Vacation

Beautiful home (away from home). Everything was as advertised. Spacious kitchen for family dining, plenty of bedrooms for privacy, and a nice pool to go for a quick dip after a long day at Disney/Universal. It should be noted that the house has some visible signs of wear & tear that could use some attention along with a minor pest control problem.

Some hiccups, good experience

We stayed at this property for a week for our family vacation. We spent 3 days at theme parks and the other 3 lounging around the property. The house is large and spacious. The couch is great for napping. We appreciated the extra-large dining table so our crew could all eat together. The house was clean for the most part, but we found many maintenance issues. The most notable issue was the pool not being cleaned before we arrived. My parents/family were not comfortable swimming in the pool for the first half of the trip due to the condition. On the positive side, we emailed a list of issues to the property manager and they sent a maintenance to fix all the issues the same day. We appreciated the quick response but wish those details were taken care of before we arrived. Overall a beautiful home and comfortable stay.

Birthday weekend

Stayed in this house a year ago. Again was a excellent stay. Only complaint was checking in. Could have been my fault for not paying attention to signing documents and getting them back, realized it the day before when I got a email from orange homes. I had a difficult time getting them back to them. Caitlin responded quickly to help me and to get me the check in information. Paid for pool heat, the first day the pool wasn’t heated. Contact Caitlin and again immediately respond and the pool was perfect the next day. Would definitely rent this house again. Clean, great location.

Great property - Great stay

Our party of 7 adults had a great stay at this beautiful property. Lots of space for everyone. Nicely appointed house with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and everyone had their own bathroom! Pool was clean and patio furniture was maintained. Beds were comfortable. Good location and close to theme parks. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Location and House

We really enjoyed our stay in reunion. This house was clean, updated and attractive. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and its private pool was nice. Well worth the money spent. Why wouldn’t you want to stay in a house like this vs a crammed hotel. During our stay the kids golfed at reunion using the golfnow website to purchase green fees. The golf catered to them with a golf cart loaded with water and supplies. While the kids golfed, my wife and I hung out at the Reunion Seven Eagles bar / Pool. Someone let us in. Just ask. We all went to dinner at 11 on the rooftop of the reunion hotel or whatever its called. The food was small dish style and very tasty. We spent a day at Universal. Driving to Universal was easy. After our long day, we came home and enjoyed the pool. Note to owner, the electric pool heater takes a long time to heat the pool. You should have kept the gas heater. We have rented other houses in Orlando with Reunion being the nicest neighborhood in the Orlando area. I cant say enough about this house and the Reunion Resort. I would rent this house again.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home. Management very helpful. We did not have Wi-Fi for the first Two days but the management team responded to my email and phone calls and resolved the issue. So you know this house is not part of the reunion property and you can not use their amenities. I did not get that impression with the description. I thought the pools and gym were included. I know now to ask before I rent property We had a grille at the home when we got there. Planned a meal with it but half way through our stay it was taken away and was told it was $95 to have it returned. Suggest removing it before guests arrive so no confusion with this amenity. I saw a charge for a heated pool in the house description but not for a grille. If you do not see an amenity make sure you ask if there is a charge. Thank you for our stay. It was lovely.

AMAZING STAY!!

EVERYTHING Was as advertised!! Absolutely exceptional stay, very clean, spacious, nice, just gorgeous!! Our only complaint with be the choice of internet provider!! The WI-FI SUCKED as well as the cable, we wanted to enjoy the home while it rain and we’re very displeased with the Wi-Fi and tv during our stay!!! This property was too expensive for the Wi-Fi to be that bad!!!

Disney Birthdays

Last minute trip, celebrating grandchildren and my 60th Birthday. House was everything we expected. Only complaint is we had 3 kids and no bathtubs. No biggie. Location was prefect. Have rented a many houses in the Disney area. First time walked in and said wow! Sad thing is short stay and wasn’t ready to leave. No issues and did not have to contact management. Communication was all done before we arrived. Can’t go wrong!

Excellent property in an excellent location

We have stayed at Reunion several times and have been to Disney over 10 times now and this is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. There was so much room. We were a party of 8 Adults celebrating our daughter’s 21st. All the bedrooms were spacious with great bathrooms too. Highly recommend this villa

Could have been better

The house was fine, but when we arrived there was weeks worth of garbage piled up on the side of the house, my husband was nice enough to put it out in phases during the week so it would get cleaned up. The pool in the back was a little dirty and the hot tub part smelled wierd, I notified Orange Vacation and they said maintenance would stop by, we don't think they did, because my husband cleaned the pool so we could at least use it in between going to the parks in the heat. Lastly the upstairs bedroom/bathroom electrical outlets did not work, so I had to buy an extension cord to use a hair dryer. We liked the house, but given the few things that were wrong and noone tried to resolve them, I would not rent this house again. I've used Flip Key and Disney Magical Vacations for house rentals in Reunion and never had a problem.

Tons of space, and everything we needed

Spacious house beautifully laid out and decorated. Beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool and hot tub got put to good use — in fact, we spent most of our time floating in the pool or lounging poolside. The living areas were comfortable, so much so that I happily dozed off on one of the couches while I was reading a book. Great place for a nap!
