Stunning pool home, Storey Lake, FREE RESORT FACILITIES!

This stunning home with spacious and modern interior is located on the first class resort of  Storey Lake. Ideally placed for all Orlando attractions, including Walt Disney World® Resort & Parks which is quite literally only a few minutes away, the resort itself features an abundance of free facilities for guests to enjoy while they stay all of which are located at the Clubhouse. These include a fitness center, poolside dining and bar, resort pool and spa, lazy river, mini golf, water slides, splash pad and kayak rentals providing  a superior vacation experience.

This villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 15 people. The home offers a large open plan living and dining experience with gourmet kitchen, work station, full laundry facilities and first floor suite on the first floor. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor where you will also find a great flex area offering an entertainment area for all to enjoy. Perhaps the most enjoyable part of this home is the outdoor space which has spectacular water views with private pool and jacuzzi set on a south/west facing deck. The position offers a relaxing setting all day long with splendid sunsets and views of firework displays from the nearby parks. There is a gas BBQ grill for guest enjoyment, dining table and chairs and loungers.

The resort offers secure and peaceful surroundings with easy access to almost every form of entertainment to satisfy even the most discerning of travelers. During your stay enjoy this spacious home which has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard with themed bedrooms providing an array of luxury amenities in the well equipped home which has all the expected items you would need for a 'home from home' experience. Storey Lake Resort is located only a few minutes drive from Walt Disney World® Resort and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Pool heat is optional on request. Regret no smoking or pets permitted.

The house was awesome! We were in town for my daughters graduation from nursing school. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for all the family members. My grandson especially enjoyed the video game upstairs that had all of the old classic games. Everyone loved the disney themed rooms.

House was very nice, great location and distance to Disney Parks, restaurants, and shopping! A couple of downsides, since we did not heat the pool the hot tub wasn't hot and we didn't realize we would have to provide our own propane for the grill. We traveled from out of state and wouldn't have wanted to drive with propane in the car. Overall a great stay though

The property itself is great relative to location, amenities, quality furniture and layout of the home. However, AC was not working upon arrival and we encountered issues with ants in various locations throughout the home. The property manager responded to concerns fairly quick, but the ants especially disrupted the experience.

the house was amazing and easy to get to, plus there was plenty of places around for food/groceries,etc. The only downside items were it would have been nice to have more towels and toilet paper for a house with 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms. Also, the security at the entrance gate needs to be addressed - the qr scan took multiple tries to make work, created some traffic backup trying to get in but it also doesn't prevent random people from pulling in after legitimate vehicles go in. this was evidenced by the fact that someone approached the house at 11:00 saying we were staying in their house and they had set off some sort of alarm trying to get in

This house was in a great location and had plenty of space for everyone. There were a few hiccups but it was resolved right away. Check-in was fast and easy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and it had an island and a pantry very spacious. I would love to stay here again next time we come back.Thank you!

We were in town for a long weekend. This house was perfect for us. Great location to all we wanted to do. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was clean and David the host was very helpful!

Nickel & Dime You After the Fact Don't Respond

We had this reservation booked months in advance. A couple days before we were to check in, I received an email stating if we wanted the swimming pool heated, it was an additional 35 a day. (WHAT!?!?) - okay we obliged because who wants cold water when you're coming from Colorado at the end of winter?! Halfway through our stay the pool guy shows up... Tells everyone they need to get out of the pool so he can clean it. We all leave for the day. Come home that night the hose is still running (after SEVERAL hours) and the pool and patio are flooded. We turned it off. Put the hose away and notified them. No response. After we had paid to heat the pool (which was barely even warm by this time) - cold hose water ran the entire day making the water ice cold! Also notified them of this.... And the fact that there are no instructions for the hot tub and the hot tub does not get hot (or even warm) STILL no response.You have a kitchen with utilities and cookware etc but no basic staples such as filters for the coffee pot, etc. You have a laundry room - but no soap. So be prepared to purchase everything to utilize the house. For a full week 7 days they literally give you two tablets to run the dishwasher. 2 trash bags. NO spare toilet paper for any of the bathrooms. The master bathroom only had a half a roll. We ran out and called - they said that's all they contract for... 1 roll per bathroom (which aren't even full rolls). RIDICULOUS!!!

Amazing vacation home!

We had 6 adults and two infants stay at this property. Everyone really enjoyed the home. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is clean, and it was very spacious. We paid the additional $30 a day for pool heating. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub when it was cold out. We also loved the clubhouse. No Empathy

A few days before our scheduled check in, There was a medical emergency in the family that required hospitalization and we wanted to reschedule for another week. The host said since it was too close to the check in date there is nothing he could do. He said I should had insurance to cover this which I understand but I didn’t have insurance and therefore lost my entire week. I asked if he could work with me and provide another week that was unrented. He said no because he would cost him 2 weeks ( which is not the case -1 week but not 2). He didn’t offer any money back (. I.e. cleaning fees or host fees?) or didn’t offer to work with me on another week. In times like this when someone is hurting and hospitalized I would have hoped people would have a little empathy and try to work with us. No human factor.

Great stay

We’ve rented several properties in Orlando over the years and this one is definitely one of the best. The property was in great condition and very consistent with description. Furniture and beds were in great shape and very comfortable (this has not always been the case in prior rentals). Also, all the tv’s were newer and flat screen with the one in family room huge and great for watching movies with the family. The location was great with easy access to numerous attractions and restaurants. Finally, Kathy with rental company did a great job communicating and very responsive. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay at your property and visiting Disney and Universal. The house, pool and amenities were terrific, and we would definitely consider staying here again. David was very responsive to all inquiries throughout the process. House is very roomy, beds comfortable and lots of space to enjoy....inside and out!

Great Place!

This place is great! The pictures do not do it any justice. The bedrooms are all roomy, the kitchen was the perfect size for a large group of people, the pool and hot tub were perfect for Florida weather! If a trip to Orlando is in my future, I will definitely rebook! The owner responded to questions very quickly. The house was very clean, too!

Nice clean place. Pictures on site is exactly how the house looks. Walking distance to the water area. I would definitely stay there again. Not far from all the theme parks and some shopping areas. Pool outside was nice too.

Disney vacation

We loved this rental property. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. The private pool was great and we used it a lot. Good restaurants nearby and so close to WDW.
