We had several issues during our stay that made the experience less enjoyable than expected:The master bedroom lock was broken, and we were actually locked inside for over an hour – very frustrating and unsafe.The cleanliness of the home left a lot to be desired. The bathtub and shower were dirty, and we even found a bobby pin from a previous guest.The home was poorly stocked – only two towels and a single roll of toilet paper for the entire stay.The bed advertised as a king was actually two twin beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. The pillows were also extremely low quality.The listing mentioned a heated pool, but heating it came at an extra cost that wasn’t clearly disclosed.The house itself felt outdated and not very well maintained.On a positive note, the property manager was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, especially when we had trouble checking in.

Great house and great pool!

No complaints at all. Beautiful house, great size pool, screened in to keep out the bugs! Lots of towels for the pool too. Had a couple questions while we were there and the owner and property manager quickly responded and answered our questions. Water pressure in the showers was great too. It has a beautifully large kitchen. Pretty quiet neighborhood and with shady parking in the driveway, great on those hot days. Not too far from disney, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the british pub. We would definitely book here again! Thanks Mark!

Great for what we needed.

The stay was great. The home did not disappoint from the pictures online. The host responded and check in on us for the stay. The pool could have been cleaned but there was so much other stuff for my kiddos to do on the home that it was fine. The area was quiet and neighbors were great. Great location

This house was a great set up for a family of 6. The property is very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We opted to heat the pool during our stay and glad we did so we could use the pool! The house inside and out are kept up very nicely. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Fantastic Home!

This home was everything it states in the description and all that we expected it to be. We had a minor miscommunication about the A/C which was very quickly rectified with communication from Mark. Honestly, the communication with the owners was by far the best, and easiest, we’ve ever had and was so appreciated. I rated the cleanliness of the home only as a 4 star because I tend to notice certain spots that need to be cleaned, as I own a cleaning company and expect perfection. Overall, this is not at all a complaint, only my own higher than average expectations. We met some of the neighbors and they were very kind. The neighborhood itself was nice as well, and quiet in the evenings. We would absolutely stay at this home again :)

Perfect house for Orlando stay

We had a great time at this property - it was perfect for our family. The kids room with toys and Disney cuddly teddies was a nice touch. Pool was great and there were lots of towels to use it. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was very spacious for 6 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home

I was in Orlando on business and stayed in this home. The place was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. It’s in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I sat poolside doing my work. I communicated with the host as needed and he was very prompt and helpful in his responses. I highly recommend. .

Not the best

The sheets and bedding was dirty. The pool was supposed to be heated Friday and Saturday and the heat was only cut on Saturday..The house was very hot at night making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. I was not happy with this listing at all.

Lovely home with a fantastic pool

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's very spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. The kids adored the pool, which was larger than in some properties we stayed at before. We had a problem with the pool, which really wasn't the owner's fault but due to the amount of rainfall that had recently falled. I messaged the owner and he had it remedied the very next morning. So a big thumbs up for responsiveness! The area is nice and quiet and the neighbours very friendly. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by and super convenient. The theme parks are a bit more of a drive which wasn't a problem for us, but something that you ought to factor in.
