If you have never travelled to Orlando before, It is very hard for any person to make their mind up on any villa, as they all look the same, but here is what you should really be looking out for.

Is the Villa located near any shops, are there any bars near, what about Good Restaurants, Local grocery store, Chemist etc, and the best one of all is most advertisers will tell you their villa is located only 5 mins to Disney theme park, but what they really forget to tell you is that they really mean 5 mins by Rocket, not by the standard travelling car.

Example when we bought our villa, ( this is the 3rd Villa in this location, we wanted all the above , so that is why we chose this location, but before we ever bought these villas we like yourselves rented out a number of villas, over the years, now the villas were all lovely some better than others, but some were really out in the wilds, with no footpaths , and definitely none of the above requirements that we have listed above, which made us move in closer each time once we were familiar with the area each time we tried to book any villa we knew exactly in advance where the villa was located and what the area had to offer, but like we advise in the start we were only newbies, and took the details in the adverts for what they all said, so the moral of this storey is make sure you know what the local area has to offer before you book especially if you have teenage Children with you because most of the time they will want to walk down to the local shops to pass some time away without having you to drive them there all the time.

This vacation home is our holiday home and we like to keep it as great as possible for everybody, so anytime we are over on vacation we generally do extra work on the Villa to make sure its in top condition all the time, some people that rent their villas out never stay in them, they bought the villas as investments, we bought this villa as our own home away from home, so if its not good enough for us then it will not be good enough for you.

Once you stay in our villa chances are you will be a repeat guest for life.

Answer is NO , the only extra optional charge is for the POOL & JACUZZI HEAT & VRBO FEES

We supply everything that you should need on your vacation , there is no need for you to bring loads of towels , sheets , bed covers , hairdryers etc , they are all here for your use , ( Remember you are on Vacation )

ARE THERE TVS IN THE VILLA yes 10 TVs ,Plus we just added a big 80inch tv in the games room so now you have 2 SEPERATE TV SITTING ROOMS , 1 for the adults and one for the kids to watch their fav movies
All equipped with the Roku app, so if you have a Netflix account you can log into your own account and watch your favourite films

Is there a games room , yes this is a fully air conditioned games room its not a painted garage space . It has an office area , pool table , , PlayStation 2 , BIG SCREEN Cinema TV , A CHILLAX SOFA with drinks and food holder , 2 Arcade games machines with 640 different games on them
