We were extremely disappointed with this rental and would not stay here again.When we arrived, the condition of the home was unacceptable. There were boogers on the walls, the bed frame was yellow and clearly not cleaned properly, and the overall cleanliness of the house was far below what you would expect from a rental property. It honestly felt like the home had not been properly maintained or inspected before guests arrived.We paid for the pool heated, when we arrived it was freezing cold and missing about 6" of water, making it unusable for our family. We called maintenance and they said the owner knows and hasn't addressed the issues. There were cracked tiles leading to the pool area, which felt unsafe, and several of the pool chairs were broken.To make matters worse, the front door would not lock, which is a serious safety concern for any family staying in a rental home.While the host eventually refunded a small portion related to the pool heater, it did not come close to addressing the overall condition of the property or the inconvenience we experienced during our stay. Multiple issues were raised and the response we received minimized the problems rather than resolving them.Overall, the home was poorly maintained, not clean, and not as advertised. We expected a relaxing vacation and instead spent the first part of our stay dealing with problems that should have been addressed long before we arrived.Do NOT stay here.
