BBQ and Private Pool:
Our private pool offers the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. You can also enjoy a lovely BBQ by the pool with our outdoor loungers. Please keep in mind that the pool temperature is set to 80° F (26° C) for leisurely swimming. The temperature can be adjusted.
During the resort’s quiet hours of 10 PM - 7 AM, the pool pump and heater will not run. Please note that the desired water temperature may not be achieved, particularly during colder months.
Additional Amenities:
We offer pool heating as an optional service for an additional fee of $20 per day. Pool heating is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. The pool heater works through heat exchange and may not reach the desired temperature. There is no refund for the pool heating service.
Additionally, we offer a full BBQ propane tank upon request for an additional fee of $100 per tank, which is perfect for BBQs by the pool. If you're interested in these services, please let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
Garbage Information:
Trash is collected daily. Place diapers and personal hygiene items in plastic bags, securely tie them, and then place them in the larger trash bag. Ensure the larger trash bag is securely tied to prevent spills. A $100 fee will be charged for each improperly disposed bag. Before you leave, please empty your trash into 13-gallon trash bags and take it out to the garbage bench located outside at the front door. Please don't put liquids or un-bagged garbage in the bins and cardboard boxes including pizza boxes must be broken down or they will not get picked up.
ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them.
In some resorts, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Food and Condiments:
This house is self-catering. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal items and desired meals. As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.
Pet Friendly:
• Pet up to 20 lbs. is welcome at our home. The pet fee is $100/animal (one-time fee).
For your security, there is a bell camera next to the front door and a camera near the back door.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs during your time at the villa and its facilities. In addition, we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you accept responsibility for your group and any guests that you invite to the premises and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Property Access:
Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Our cleaner will arrive at 10:05 am. Any late check-out will delay our cleaning staff and negatively impact the incoming guest's experience. Late check-out will result in a fee of $250.
We offer an express self-check-in! You can go directly to your vacation home. Your home has a keyless, time-sensitive electronic lock. We will send you the access code before your scheduled check-in date.
Early check-in may be available, but only if the house is still not booked for the day before your arrival date. Similarly, late check-out may be available if the house is still not available for the day after your departure date. Early check-in or late check-out needs to be requested at the time of booking.
