The house is gorgeous and very clean! The pool and jacuzzi on the back patio is amazing and the jacuzzi actually gets HOT not like at other properties I have stayed at! We all loved hanging out in the game room with plenty to do for everybody! The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need! The location to the clubhouse is awesome! We walked everyday right across the street! The clubhouse food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced! Some of the pool deck staff are pretty rude and have lots of rules. For example my daughter who is apparently 47.5 inches was not allowed on the slide because it says 48 inches, yet she rode on space mountain at disney the day before. The kids also got yelled at for having a catch in the pool with a water ball, even though they were the only ones in the pool at the time, and were told they are not allowed to play Marco Polo! Yet it’s totally OK if you wanna swim around with a glass bottle of beer! Also the playground is under construction so we obviously couldn’t go on that. Disney is about a 20 minute drive away, which is perfect!! lots and lots of restaurants nearby also!! We definitely had the best week of vacation, especially since it snowed about 12 inches back in New York! Thank you, Chris for a lovely stay in your house!! We did not want to leave!

This place is perfect for large groups! Chris was very responsive early on to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly. The pool heat was perfect when the temps dipped to keep us swimming and in the whirlpool during the day and at night. Theater room and game rooms were a hit and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking often. We will definitely come back to this home again. The bedrooms worked perfectly and just the right number of bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Truly wonderful stay and host! Great community pool and lazy river options! Wonderful location as well.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home during our Florida trip. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Although we encountered a few minor issues with the AC and internet, the property manager responded and quickly resolved. The kids loved the pool—it was comfortable in early June without adding the heat. The home was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the game room and had a movie night using the projector. We also took advantage of the community amenities, including the pool and tennis courts. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Host and Neighborhood

My family of 4 plus our little 5 pound furbaby were truly blessed to have found Chris and his family's incredible home, which accommodated us with open arms. After a disappointing experience with VRBO, Chris and his family came to our rescue, providing a last-minute haven with an early morning check-in and welcoming our beloved furbaby. The house was a dream come true, exactly as advertised - a stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom beauty with a converted garage game room. The beds were supremely comfortable, and our kids were overjoyed with the bonus room's projector TV and their bedrooms. My son was inspired to recreate the Star Wars room in his own bedroom, while my daughter adored the Toy Story bedroom and a room with a queen-sized bed. Chris and his family have created a backyard oasis with a pool and hot tub, which we gratefully enjoyed during our February stay, thanks to the thoughtful heating. We appreciated the warmth, even though the daytime temperatures didn't require it, and we didn't want to trouble Chris with requests. Our goal was to unwind and prepare for our daughter's National Cheer Comp, the reason for our trip. Chris's home was a serene haven, perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway, whether visiting beaches or exploring Disney. The resort's clubhouse and water park were an added bonus, although we didn't utilize them during our stay, preferring Chris's pool. We look forward to exploring these amenities on our next visit. Wonderful vacation home!

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community that felt very safe. My husband and I were there with 5 young adults and we had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the heated pool but especially loved how close we were to the clubhouse & lazy river. We watched play-off hockey games nearly every night on the big screen upstairs and the huge sofa was big enough for all 10 of us! We had a great stay and Chris was amazing to deal with when we had a few questions. Thanks so much for making our family vacation so memorable!

Great house for a family

We had a great time at Chris' place. The pool and the games room were absolutely fantastic - the children absolutely loved both. The house is spacious and well equipped. BBQ was great, we had 3 BBQs around the pool. Chris was very helpful in the run up to the holiday. Thanks! The only issue we had in the week there was not with the house, but worth mentioning that the pool in the resort was a little disappointing. They were incredibly strict on not taking any snacks in with you, which is difficult when you have young kids. They have food available there but it's very expensive and not always what kids want (it's hot dogs etc, we wanted to take in some fruit and cereal bars). Also, the pool has a pretty tame slide but my confident swimmer 5 year old (almost 6) was a cm too short to go down it, which caused tears. Hard to explain to a child who did all the water rides and rollercoasters at Disney that he can't do a tame slide in another pool!

Lovely home!

Our Florida vacation was amazing this year, the house was roomy, and the pool and hot tub were a hit! My teens loved the theater room and the Star Wars themed room! The clubhouse offered more fun for the kids and great food! Chris welcomed us and was quick to respond. Its close to Disney Springs and Universal. My family loved it and hated to leave! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you for opening your home so we could make memories!

Great vacation home!

Very clean. Exactly as described. Well stocked with anything you may need. Host was very quick with communication. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay.

The property was very clean and had all you need for great stay. Its very close to the resort which is a good no need to drive your car there. This is good since the lot there is small and you should to get there as soon as opens for a chair or do like we did and just go for while to lazy river and pool. You can then walk back to house and use the great pool and hot tub back there . Plenty of room in the house to spread out and get comfortable. The owner is very quick to response to any questions. The property is very close to food store and restaurants and most attractions which is good cause I4 always has traffic on it . Definitely would stay there again.

Great experience

Our stay was great. The pool was heated when we arrived so we could enjoy it even though the weather wasn’t perfect. Jacuzzi also heated quickly and was a great addition to the pool. House was well equipped. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Rental

Chris is an excellent host. We did have some issues, which he addressed promptly. The resort area/amenities are great. The game room and themed bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids. The kitchen is well equipped if you're interested in preparing meals for your family.
