Step inside a home with enough space for everyone in your squad - it's hard work exploring the parks and attractions around here! You'll love slipping into the comfort of central air conditioning enhanced by naturally colored stone tiles. The private washer/dryer will take care of your gear so you can fully relax. Dark wood, low-hanging lamps with vintage-style filament bulbs, vintage-inspired chairs, and partially woven furniture come together to create a true 'base camp' feeling. The curtains are held back with built-in rope ties that will definitely evoke memories of the Jungle Cruise. The canteen (er, full kitchen) is set with two walls and a kitchen island's worth of equipment to help you feed everyone come to relax. Give things an extra bit of juice at the private gas grill! You'll definitely have fun cooling off in the private pool outside while dinner is sizzling. Splash away in the main pool or enjoy the backside of water in the pool spa. The lanai is more than just a good-looking cover - it keeps out unwanted insect guests. The garage-turned-game-room features a pool table and foosball for some late night competition. But you can meet up with other explorers at the Paradise Palms Resort clubhouse, just one-tenth of a mile from the home. Here you can enjoy a shared volleyball court, fitness room, Ping-Pong, an in-house cinema, and more!
The home as a whole is laid out so that everyone can enjoy privacy while easily coming together. Walking through the front door, the first bedroom is immediately to your left! This rustic-inspired first bedroom includes a king bed and a palm frond-style ceiling fan. The full bathroom next door (featuring a gorgeously tiled standalone shower). Head up the stairs to the second bedroom, straight across from the staircase and right next to the swanky upstairs lounge (which features a sectional sofa and big-screen TV all its own). This second bedroom is themed around travel and includes a queen bed. The full bathroom next door with a shower/tub combination can take care of those guests' needs. The first main bedroom of the home is at the end of the hall, and features a king bed and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks and a tiled standalone shower. Head down the opposite end of the hall for the second main bedroom of the home (and fourth bedroom overall). Jane Porter would definitely approve of this room, which is furnished with vintage-inspired seating, a desk that can serve as a vanity or remote work space, a king bed, and a spacious en suite bathroom that includes double sinks, a tiled standalone shower, and a soaking tub. This section of the upstairs also features the bedrooms explicitly designed for younger guests. The first of these (the fifth bedroom overall) is decorated with a sports theme and features two twin beds. On the direct opposite side of the hall (past the full bathroom with a shower/tub combination), the sixth and final bedroom of the home features two twin beds decorated in a Disney princess theme. Each bedroom features a big-screen TV and a ceiling fan for customized comfort.

This home is close to grocery stores and businesses, so you won't have to depend on Trader Sam for supplies. When you're ready to head to the parks, Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Epcot are all under 10-and-a-half miles away. Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are both under 21 miles from the home. The Showcase of Citrus offers local farm fun (and fresh fruit!) just eight miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
