The location felt very safe, about a 20-minute Uber ride to the theme parks. The neighborhood is quiet, the pool and playground are a 5-10 minute walk away within the neighborhood. It’s a nice, clean pool, with a club house. Large living room, easy to set up tv entertainment, good variety of kitchen supplies, no problems getting groceries delivered. Good amount of space for a family and a nice bedroom with toys for kids. I noticed the bunk bed mattresses are a good size. Good, prompt communication with host. Host was kind enough to adjust our reservation dates and allow us to check-in an hour early. Some slight challenges using the keypad to get into the facility, but the owner was immediately available via text to help. We had challenges with the functioning of the thermostat/AC during the first part of our stay, but owner got it repaired quickly. From the master bedroom, we could hear some foot steps in the condo on second floor, even very late at night. For someone who is a light sleeper, a noise maker or white noise app would be sufficient. The doorbell went off twice on its own, but I forgot to mention that to host as it wasn’t a big problem (it’s not very loud). I was impressed by the amount of everyday items available (electronics chargers, kitchen pantry items, etc.).
