Welcome to this spectacular, modern bowling villa that sleeps 38 guests! This large 7000 sq.ft., completely updated villa, boasts 14 bedroom, 14.5 bathrooms, private full length Bowling Alley, private 18 seat Home Theater, Game Room, private Heated pool and spa with lake views. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips!

-PRIVATE BOWLING ALLEY: 2 lane full length bowling alley for complete family enjoyment.

-PRIVATE HOME THEATER: with seating for 22 guests, Karaoke Machine, and a large movie screen.

-LIVING ROOM: enjoy watching your favorite shows on an extra large 4K 20 foot LED Video wall.

-KITCHEN/DINNING RM: has plenty of seating for your whole family. The two large dining room tables can seat up to 16 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is completely stocked with all dinnerware, flatware, and pot & pans. Complete with 2 large fridges and 2 dishwashers.

-SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 14 bedroom en-suites: (we provide all linens, pillows, comforters, towels, and pool towels). There are a total of 8 King beds, 7 Double beds, and 7 Twin beds.

Host is a great communicator! The pool was a perfect temperature and the games and bowling were great! He did add a pool table and the putt putt is just a mat now, but we enjoyed the pool table and did not miss the putt putt. Soap at every bathroom sink and soap, shampoo and conditioner in showers was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the Christmas Tree! It was a nice get away.

There were no real complaints. we did not have enough forks and spoons and the shower curtains only had the cloth curtin. Both of thewe issues were quickly resolved.Everyone had a great time. Some things were unexpected such as the jumbo tron screen in the family/kitchen room. we overall evjoyed visit very much. I would suggest that the blue dinine table chairs need to be replaced as the seats are not very padded and one was even broken on the side. I think that there should be a few extra rolls of toilet paper for emergencies. Those would be my only suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this facility to others that were planning a family reunion. Thank you for having our family!

Perfect Family Getaway Spot – Highly Recommend!

We had an incredible family gathering with folks coming in from Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Omaha, and this home was the perfect fit! Located in a gated community, it offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Booking was a breeze, and communication with Parmi was excellent from start to finish.The house was exactly as described—beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The layout made it easy for our big group to enjoy time together without feeling cramped. We especially loved having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 washer/dryers—a lifesaver for a crowd our size!There was no shortage of entertainment. The game rooms were a hit with the kids, Karaoke night had everyone laughing, and the bowling alley was such a fun bonus—though it did shut down when I went to bed in the shark-themed bedroom (sorry, not sorry!). The private outdoor pool, off-site community pool, and gym gave everyone options for fun and fitness.The location was ideal—close to Disney, swamp tours, the beach, shopping, and dining. We did a big Walmart pickup on day one to stock the fridges and brought along extra paper goods for convenience. Everyone came ready for a great time and left with fantastic memories.This home checked all the boxes for comfort, fun, and convenience. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to return if given the chance!

First I want to say the communication on this rental is AMAZING! We rent a lot of houses and the service we received here was great. We needed 2 pack in plays and a high chair all were there when we got there. Anything we needed was answered right away! The house is what it looks like online. We did not feel cramped at all there was plenty of space for all of us. Lots of seating for meals inside and out. The pool was heated and a big hit. Game room was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 washer and dryers and 2 dishwashers which were amazing to have with our lg group. We were surprised there was not salt, pepper or oils or anything like that left from other renters. We left ours so hopefully they stay there for the next renters. We parked 4 mini vans perfectly. Overall great experience! Things that Id like to bring to attention. Biggest thing I saw was the pool fence might as well not be there it is not in good condition - ripped on the bottom and there is an area on the bottom a baby could get through also there are poles that would not close which our 2 yr old stepped right through. Washer downstairs very hard to move knob was scared we were going to break it. Need new garbage bin one with lid until replaced we suggest taking trash out in the morning so animals do not get it. We will rent again if we come back to Orlando. Great distance from Disney and airport.

Perfect Orlando Getaway

This property is even more majestic in person. Parmi is an amazing host. She was quick with communication and provided a welcoming atmosphere. We were a family of almost 30, there for a family reunion. There was never a need to leave the property. The amenities were perfect for every age. Loved the 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. Perfect to accommodate such a large group. Although in a large development, you felt like it was a private getaway. Everything was clean and well cared for.

Such an amazing house. The bowling alley is elite and the giant screens everywhere are very nice! Bathrooms inside every bedroom, and the house is fully stocked with dishes and other things we needed. Highly recommended!

Great family house!

The house was very clean and great for our large family! The kitchen/great room area was perfect for our family of 24. Lots of seating and room for everyone. The gas grill was also very handy for meals. The kids loved all the themed bedrooms, the game room and the bowling alley were also a big hit! It was close to Disney and Sea world. Target, Sam’s club and other shopping is close by. We also enjoyed time at the pool and the pool at the clubhouse with an in the water playground. Our host Parmi was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house.
