Accommodating up to 14 guests, this home combines generous indoor spaces, a private pool and jacuzzi, a game room, themed bedrooms, and access to an impressive collection of resort amenities.

The home features two Master Suites, each furnished with a King bed, offering couples and adults comfortable private spaces to recharge after a full day of activities. A third King bedroom provides another relaxing option, while younger guests will love the two themed bunk rooms: one inspired by Frozen and another featuring a Super Heroes theme. Each themed room includes a Full-over-Full bunk bed and accommodates up to four guests.

The living area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a complete family dinner. Air conditioning and TVs add to the comfort of your stay.

Entertainment continues in the game room, where a pool table creates the perfect setting for friendly competitions and fun evenings at home.

Outside, your private vacation space awaits. Enjoy the private swimming pool and jacuzzi, relax around the outdoor table and chairs, or make the most of the barbecue area for an easygoing meal with family and friends. Pool heating is available as an optional service for an additional fee.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the home's living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, private pool and jacuzzi area, and outdoor living space. Guests may also enjoy the available amenities at Solterra Resort, subject to the resort's rules, operating conditions, and applicable access fee.

Solterra Resort charges a resort fee of US$35 for groups of 1–12 guests and US$45 for groups of 13 or more guests. This fee is paid directly at the resort clubhouse.

Barbecue use is available for US$85 per stay.

Pets are permitted subject to applicable fees and property requirements.
