The home itself was clean and nicely set up, but several issues affected our stay.On Day 1, I asked about early check-in and was told I could check in at 12pm instead of 4pm for 90. I declined, which was fine, but then I was never sent the regular check-in information. I had to reach out after 4pm to request it. The host said it had been sent, but it was not received.When we arrived, the house was very hot—around 80 degrees—and the air conditioning was not working. The host was responsive, but we still had to spend the entire night in an uncomfortably hot house until a technician came the next morning.We were also told the clubhouse near the house was not open and that the resort pool was a 10-minute drive away. Later, we found out the clubhouse on the property was actually open, which was frustrating and not disclosed upfront.The location has a Walmart and a few nearby places, but most restaurants and attractions require longer drives with heavy traffic to Kissimmee or Orlando.Lastly, the house is stocked with bare minimum supplies. There were no full rolls of toilet paper in any bathroom and very limited paper towels, so plan to buy essentials immediately.
