Private pool & spa home about 25 min from Disney, made for families. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 10: two master suites, each with its own private bathroom, plus two more queen rooms and a twin room. Full kitchen, gas grill, smart TVs with streaming, fast WiFi and in-unit laundry. Quiet Clermont street close to groceries and restaurants.

BEDROOMS – Two master suites (queen bed + private bathroom each), two more queen bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom with two twin beds. The third full bathroom is shared. Crib/Pack 'n play and high chair available.

BATHROOMS – 3 full baths with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

INSIDE – Bright living room with smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video), dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer with detergent, dedicated workspace and board games.

OUTSIDE – Private pool, hot tub, gas grill (propane tank included while it lasts; refills are on the guest) and outdoor dining for 4.

POOL HEAT – Available for an extra $35/day. Please request it in advance; it takes 12–24 hours to warm up depending on the weather.

PARKING – Driveway for 2 cars plus free street parking. The garage holds a treadmill and stationary bike; 1 car can park there on request.

GOOD TO KNOW – Up to 2 pets welcome; pet fee $149 per stay, and pets must be added to the reservation. The hot tub is great for a relaxing soak, though the jets are gentler than a full-power spa. Portable heaters are provided for cool nights. Three exterior cameras (front door, side yard, pool area); none inside. Quiet hours 11 PM–6 AM.
