It has a private pool & spa, and is conveniently located on the US27 in Davenport, it is close to Disney World (15-20 minute drive) and all other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist hotspots.

Overview

Sitting on the Solana Resort in Davenport, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. The resort facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Living Accommodation

Located at the rear of the property is a fantastic open plan living area, ideally designed for socialising and relaxing. This spacious living area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and features a large TV equipped with multi-channel cable and a DVD player for your entertainment needs.

Off the living room are sliding patio doors that lead out onto the sun-drenched pool deck, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which can comfortably accommodate six people, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need, making it easy and convenient should you decide to prepare a meal for everyone during your stay.

Solana Resort
Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.

The highlight of Solana Resort is the 4000 Sq. ft. onsite Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida.
