This was my 10th stay in solterra, and this home was one of the really good ones. Communication was easy. The house was spot less, and very well stocked(dishes, utensils, cups) These were absolutely the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a vacation home the owners clearly took the time to get quality mattresses rather than opting for the cheapest option.Comfortable furniture, great water pressure in the showers, plenty of towels and beach towels, these owners have really done a lot to take care of the small things, that can be a pain in a less cared for vacation home.The kids loved the game room and the mini NES in the secondary sitting areaIf i had one complaint, I would have wished for the pool heater to be set to a higher temperature, we ran into 2 back to back cold days but because the temperature wasn’t set high enough the pool never recovered from that temperature drop. To be fair to the owners they reached out and asked if i wanted to cancel the heat when the poor weather hit, but i passed on that, hoping the pool temperature would recover for our final days, unfortunately it did not. I do not in anyway criticize the owners i just wish it could have worked out a bit differently. This is NOT a deal breaker by any means, just some bad luck in regards to very unseasonable weather for Florida.Overall this is a sensational house, the owners clearly cared about my families stay, i would happily stay here again
