  • BIENVENUE À OASIS VILLA: la destination idéale pour votre réunion entre amis ou en famille ou tout simplement une retraite tranquille. Avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, piscine chauffée et spa, cette villa de plain-pied respire le charme et la détente. Il est entièrement équipé au plus haut niveau, y compris Internet sans fil gratuit et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances de rêve en Floride.

    Notre villa peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes et est située à Solana Resort qui est une prestigieuse communauté fermée sur les États-Unis 27, donnant un accès facile à toutes les principales attractions locales (Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, LEGOLAND Orlando, pour ne citer qu'un peu), ainsi que les côtes est et ouest. La côte est offre le Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, etc., et sur la côte ouest, vous trouverez Tampa, Busch Gardens, St-Pete’s Beach, Clearwater Beach, et bien plus encore!

    LE SOLANA RESORT est une communauté entièrement fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité offrant un environnement de vacances sûr avec club-house plein de commodités! Le club-house comprend une grande piscine, un bar Tiki, une salle de remise en forme, une salle de loisirs, un spa Jaccuzi extérieur, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un terrain de volley-ball et un mini-golf de 18 trous pour un divertissement familial amusant.

    Notre villa offre deux superbes chambres de maître. La première suite parentale a un accès direct à la piscine et comprend un lit king size avec une salle de bain en suite et un dressing. La deuxième suite parentale comprend un lit queen-size, une salle de bains et un grand placard. Les troisième et quatrième chambres ont deux lits simples avec un grand placard et partagent la troisième salle de bain. Les 4 chambres sont équipées de grandes télévisions à écran plat.

    Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils et ustensiles dont vous avez besoin et vous avez le choix de manger à l'intérieur informel dans la salle à manger avec 6 séances, ainsi qu'une table de petit déjeuner avec 4 places, ou une salle à manger extérieure sous la véranda couverte par le bassin. Un barbecue est également prévu pour votre plaisir.
    Envie de vous détendre près de la télévision, il y a un coin salon confortable avec des canapés confortables.
    Ou peut-être voulez-vous profiter du soleil de Floride? Restez et détendez-vous dans la piscine et le spa, profitez du soleil de la Floride sur les chaises longues ou prenez l'ombre sous la véranda couverte.

    Notre villa est gérée par une société de gestion immobilière réputée qui sera disponible pour toute demande que vous pourriez avoir.

The house is beautiful! We especially loved the pool and spa. Our kids swam every day, and having the privacy screen made it feel comfortable for all of us. We had some flight delays and John and Lorina were so great during the whole process. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were a highlight of each day. Travel to theme parks was easy and stores for groceries and other last minute items were very close. I recommend Lake Louisa state park within 20 minutes and a nice break from theme parks. All in all, our only regret is not spending more time at the villa enjoying the pool!

Great experience. We tend to stay in this area and this was the perfect house for our family. Nice decor, house and pool were clean. Had a question for the property owner when we got there and he not only called but followed up with text. Nice gated community near the parks and relatively close to both coasts. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 14 year olds and 2 17 year olds along with myself and my mother. The rooms were perfect for our group, loved that the dining room Table was perfect for us to eat together!! The pool was clean and temperature perfect!!! The game room was great for the kids! It was a perfect location, easy to get to all the different attractions we went too!

We Stayed at this Property Last August and the property was spot on with the way it's described in the description of the home. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was just what we needed to keep our 4 children happy in the hot wheather as they didn't want to visit the beaches after finding out that salt water is actually salty lol.

Perfect vacation rental

My husband and I along with our two children (10,6) had a wonderful time at this rental! The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room. This house is very spacious and kept up well. Not far from shopping, groceries or the parks. No issues during our trip except one day the internet went out. There was an outage but the owner was very responsive. I texted him and he immediately called me about it. Great house and great owners! Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Solana many times and this property was my favorite! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, and game room. Check-in process was smooth and the instructions provided prior to arrival were detailed and easy to follow. The community was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and safe. The community pool, mini golf course, volleyball net, and tiki bar were very entertaining! Communication with the owners and property management company was stellar. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Fun in the sun

I have been renting homes in the Davenport area for more than 17 years and this is one of the few times that there were no surprises with this home. Everything was as listed...the home was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The pool and spa were excellent along with the use of the grill without an additional fee. The home is showing some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. The location was quiet and the use of the club house was wonderful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The house was everything it said it was. It was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The drive to Disney isn’t far. The I4 is congested for about 5-6 minutes then flows along. The owner responds quickly if you have any problems. I would recommend this house gladly.

This was not a terrible home. But it wasn't an impressive one either. We didn't know until we got an email 24 hours before our flight, that it didn't stock anything. It's not the biggest deal in the world, I suppose. But I clean VRBOs here in Maine and we make sure guests have plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, coffee, etc., to ensure a comfortable stay. The linens were awful. The bedrooms were terribly hot. The vacuum was ancient and broken (wheels kept falling off), yet when I vacuumed the rugs they were noticeably cleaner than when we arrived. I think with a little extra care in the cleaning and management of the property, it could be a great rental. The area and community is wonderful! For us, the house was just just 'meh'.

Great Villa in Davenport

First time staying in Davenport. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else now. The villa was absolutely beautiful! You can tell as soon as you enter that Lorina and John (and their Property Mgmt company) take a lot of pride in their home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our twin granddaughters practically lived in the pool. John and the property mgmt team were so incredibly responsive on a couple of very very minor issues - both resolved within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful home for anyone who wants a very well maintained quiet home for their next vacation. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Lorina and John for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Highly Recommend, Great Place!!!

We just stayed at this Property for 11 days, This property was great for our family of four, with no trouble for a bigger family or two family's of 4 to stay here comfortable. The house was very clean and well looked after. The pool area was great with the privacy screen on the bottom. We had a little issue at first with the Spa, But I notified the owner and within 2 hours there was a repair guy in and replaced the seals and had in back up and running within a half hour. The owners are great to deal with and is very helpful with any questions you may have. I will return to this villa with no hesitation, and would recommend to other familys.

Property was perfect and the pool and hot tub was amazing to come back to on an evening after a lot of walking during the day. The villa provided every thing we needed and more. Only constructive feedback I could give is that it could do with a bit of a deep clean in some areas like down sides of the cushions on sofa and under bed ets. Also replace some of the damaged / worn blinds. The Villa is located pretty Central for most things. Security on gates 24/7 give piece of mind. Close to a number of shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive and helpful. I would be very happy to stay hear again and would happily recommend
