Step inside this professionally decorated townhome and unpack your bags to settle right in. All new furnishings and completely updated including granite countertops and stainless steal appliances. Featuring amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet access, and flat-screen Smart TVs, you're sure to feel right at home.
Take a seat on the sectional sofa and unwind as a movie plays on the flat-screen Smart TV, or head to the kitchen to prepare a bite to eat. Stainless steel appliances make both cooking and cleanup a breeze.
Soak up some sun by the pool - heated for an additional nightly fee - in your private screened lanai. A child safety fence offers peace of mind. The community swimming pool is available as well if you're in the mood for some people watching not to mention the new water park that was built on property!

We love to hosts long term guests. Please check out our extended stay discounts. There is a minimum 1 time/month cleaning requirement at $250/cleaning. Guests can requests to have the plunge pool heated for $25/day. For longer term stays we will cap the heated pool rate to $200/month.
