LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION!! The Miracle Lake View house is a bespoke high end villa with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms so could sleeps 14. Professionally interior designed and furnished to the highest standards, it has high speed WiFi, 5 smart TVs. Several families can easily share this house as there are 2 Masters and 4 bedrooms. Two Bathrooms are on the 1-st floor and two full bathrooms with showers and bath tubs are on the second floor.
Totally refurbished internally: washing and drying machines and pool heater, new AC, lighting, chandelier. New floors and stainless steel appliances, new furnishings, granite worktops , new beds, new marrasses, new toilets to all bathrooms, new master en-suite with luxury bath and rain shower with seamless glass partition, new bedding and towels, pool deck refinished. This villa is the perfect location for a Disney Vacation.
Villa Details: The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, a 66 inch Smart TV with many channels, modern dining table and patio doors on to the pool deck which overlooks the 40 acre natural fishing lake, it is screened on both side of our neighbors so is extremely private. The pool has a 24/7 hot tub and night time lighting, five sun loungers, 6 chairs, a table, being south east facing it also benefits from day long sun.
The House located just minutes from famous GOLF courses, near Walmart, Publix and restaurants, 40 acre natural fishing lake. * Pool heat is extra charge.

The house looked just like the pictures. There was enough room for everyone and enough full bathrooms. The pool was clean and we had a great time hanging out there all day! The big dining room table fit all the adults while the smaller kitchen in the table fit all the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and the play set in the kids room.

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO! The house is awesome, very clean, super modern, and has 6 big bedrooms, perfect for our whole 2 families. Private heated pool, hot tub with SPA were so much fun and the lake view is just gorgeous! BBQ on the patio was great. The kids were so happy playing in the playroom, and we loved how close it is to Disney parks and restaurants. The neighborhood is really safe and very quiet. Everything was clean and comfy, and the house had all we needed for a great vacation. We’re already excited to come back and highly recommend this place

Golf trip

We traveled to Florida for a golf trip, and this house was in the perfect location—close to a number of great courses. It was such a treat to come home after a round of golf, cool off in the pool, and unwind in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

False advertisement with no compensation

We had two families staying and purposely booked this location because it advertised two king master suites. Not only did only have one master suite it only had one king bed. I complained to the host and requested some sort of refund she told me we would discuss after our visit. Then when I asked again after our visit she claimed the house needed extra cleaning. I have stayed at a dozen Vrbo’s and have never had a complaint. She says she changed the property description now but admits it was not accurate. I would not have booked this location otherwise.. The house was nice but there were not a lot of kitchen tools, the hot tub is not very hot and you do have to pay outside of the initial cost to heat the pool. The trampoline in the photos is not there and back area is not well kept. I did also let her know there was an issue with the master shower spraying outside the shower. Hopefully that has been addressed.

This was one of the most beautiful properties that we stayed at before. The pictures didn’t do it justice, including the fact that the sun set over the lake in the backyard every night. Truly stunning.

This place needs attention

The house itself was a good layout and nicely renovated and decorated (as you can see in the photos) and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Claire was responsive and helpful when I brought issues to her attention. Also the location was great to access parks. Those are the pros. Now for the list of cons. Extremely dirty floors (socks and feet were totally black after just a couple hours in the house) and very dirty carpet in living room (we washed the floors with a very dirty mop but no vacuum cleaner was in house, weirdly), electronic door lock was problematic, master shower temp control knob is seized up (too hot, could not reduce temperature), very poorly stocked considering we booked for 12 guests for a FULL WEEK eg. one spare garbage bag, 2-3 dishwasher pods, one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, no laundry soap provided till I complained to host. Bear in mind that they request that we wash towels at the end of the stay. Mold on outdoor patio cushions, queen blankets on king bed barely kept us covered, king pillows STUFFED into standard sized pillowcases made pillows stiff and uncomfortable to use, several window blinds were broken, either being unable to be raised, or unable to be lowered. Listing said EV charger on-site and a trampoline (both were not there) and also the listing mentions a grill, but does not mention that it is not included in the rental….Unless you are willing to pay cash. A previous guest review said it right, “needs TLC”.

Family Disney Vacation

Wanted to find a nice home for the family to enjoy that was close to Disney- parks. The home was nice a few hiccups when we arrived but were quickly taken care of even though we arrived on Thanksgiving day !! I would recommend and stay again with the family.

Great Stay for Family Disney Trip!!!

Super clean!!! Might be the cleanest vacation rental we ever stayed in!!! Very large home perfect for a big Disney get togethers. Very comfortable, good safe feeling neighborhood. Easy 30 minute drive to Disney World! Clogrocery stores grocery
