The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the quiet Regal Palms community as you step onto the small patio, a peaceful spot to ease into your day. Inside, the townhome opens to a spacious living area where you can unwind after a day of Orlando adventures. The relaxed atmosphere invites you to settle in, whether you’re gathering for a game night or enjoying a quiet coffee at the breakfast nook.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a bunk configuration with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom also includes a king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out.



Living Spaces

A large living room anchors the home, offering ample space for relaxation and together‑time. Adjacent is a dining area for shared meals, and a small patio with seating for two extends the living space outdoors. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dedicated indoor dining table accommodates group meals, while a cozy breakfast nook invites casual coffee moments.

Bed linens, bathroom essentials, hangers, and an iron are provided, and self‑check‑in is handled through a smart lock.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
