Living space

The main living area is designed for gathering, with plenty of natural light and space for the whole group to unwind together. Step out through the patio doors to your private outdoor area, where the pool and hot tub sit surrounded by outdoor furniture - whether you want a quiet soak or a full afternoon in the sun. A sound system adds to the atmosphere, and the dedicated home theater gives you a true cinema experience without leaving the house. Board games are also on hand for a different kind of evening.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms, with seven beds in total. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and proper clothing storage mean everyone has what they need to rest well after a day of parks and activities.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and cookware including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Whether you're making a big group breakfast before heading to the parks or winding down with a meal in for the evening, the kitchen handles it comfortably. A high chair and children's dinnerware are also available for younger guests.

 

Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms keep the morning rush manageable for larger groups. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, and you'll find a bathtub available as well.

 

Practical details

The home is entirely single-level - no stairs anywhere. Self check-in is available via smart lock, with arrival anytime after 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM. Free parking is on the premises, and the property has a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi for anyone who needs to stay connected. A washer and dryer are in-house, and the home comes stocked with a starter supply of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to top up on these items. Safety equipment including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit is also on-site. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Situated in the Indian Creek neighborhood of Kissimmee, the home places you within easy reach of Central Florida's biggest draws. Disney World is seven miles away (approximately 15 minutes by car), Universal Studios Orlando is roughly 15 miles (about 25 minutes), SeaWorld Orlando is around 13 miles (approximately 20 minutes), and Old Town Kissimmee is just five miles away. Celebration Town Center and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are both within 18 minutes, and Gatorland is about 23 minutes down the road.



Please note: In order to have the pool heated for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
