The Space:

Soft light fills the villa each morning as you stretch on a spacious bedroom balcony, the gentle hum of the pool inviting you to linger a little longer. By afternoon, the game room’s laughter mixes with the splash of the private hot tub, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the full kitchen. Evenings settle into relaxed conversations on the patio, the Florida air cooling the day’s excitement as you plan the next adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine bedrooms designed for groups of all sizes. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features 1 King bed (sleeps 2). Upstairs you’ll find: Primary Upstairs with 1 King bed (sleeps 2); Paris with 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2); Pink with 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2); Mickey with 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2); Star Wars with 3 Queen beds (sleeps 6); an additional Mickey room with 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2); Moana with 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2); Green with 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2); and Queendom with 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2). In total the villa sleeps 16+ guests across 14 beds and includes five bathrooms.



Indoor living

Two living areas give everyone space to unwind. The main family room centers on a flat‑screen TV with ample seating for relaxed downtime. A separate game room adds a lively spot for board games, video consoles, or friendly competition. Throughout the home you’ll find air conditioning, heating, high‑speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a free washer and dryer for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto a backyard built for lingering. A private pool and hot tub let you cool off or unwind at any hour. The patio provides outdoor seating where you can savor the Florida breeze after a day at the nearby water park or theme parks. The villa is pet‑friendly, so your furry companions can join the fun.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, supporting everyday cooking and quick meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility to gather around a shared table inside or enjoy al fresco meals on the patio.



Neighborhood

Located in the ChampionsGate community, you receive free access to a resort‑style water park featuring a pool with water slide, lazy river, cabanas, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playgrounds, volleyball and tennis courts, plus an 18‑hole golf course and driving range. The surrounding Four Corners area offers easy routes to dining, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions.

Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
