The Space:

Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.



Entrance: A bright tile foyer with a decorative console table and mirror opens straight into the living, dining, and kitchen areas.



Living Room: A plush sectional sofa, SMART TV, and coastal-inspired art create a relaxed gathering spot, with sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with dark cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating for four.



Dining Area: A table seats six beneath original coastal artwork, just steps from the kitchen and staircase.



Loft: A second-floor family lounge with its own sectional and SMART TV - extra room to spread out for movie nights or downtime.



Bedrooms: Five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests - a Queen bedroom, a King bedroom, a second Queen bedroom with coastal-blue accents, and two playfully themed kids' rooms - a Monsters University bunk room and a superhero room, each with a double bed plus a single bed.



Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, finished with granite counters and a mix of tub/shower combos and walk-in glass showers.



Laundry Room: A full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs near the loft - ideal for longer stays.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private pool, loft, and all five bedrooms, along with Windsor At Westside's resort amenities (pool, lazy river, water playground, clubhouse, fitness center, and sports courts).

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. Walt Disney World is approximately 10 minutes away, SeaWorld approximately 20 minutes, and Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure approximately 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is roughly 35-40 minutes by car.
