For your daily needs and dining, the bustling areas of Kissimmee are within a short 10 to 15 minute drive, where you will find a wide variety of grocery stores, casual eateries, and family restaurants to suit every taste. Whether you are looking to spend the morning fishing by the lake or heading out for a day of shopping and entertainment, this neighborhood serves as a relaxing home base for your Florida vacation.

◆Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra charges will apply if rules got violated.

◆ We are only accommodating 1 dog and only less than 5 pound dog is allowed.

◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest.
