The space

Your private vacation retreat features 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort, entertainment, and memorable group stays. Inside, guests can enjoy immersive themed bedrooms, including Cars and Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living and dining areas, a private movie theater, and a game room packed with fun.

Step outside and enjoy the screened-in pool area, perfect for relaxing or spending time together in the Florida sunshine. This is a completely private stay with no shared spaces, giving you and your group full comfort, privacy, and freedom throughout your visit.

Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, game room, and private movie theater.


Other things to note

Pool heating is available for an additional fee and is recommended during cooler months to enhance your swimming experience. Please note that it typically takes time to reach the desired temperature, so we suggest requesting it in advance of your arrival. If you would like pool heat added to your stay, just let us know and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Note: A maximum of 3 cars are allowed inside the community as per rules of Windsor Island Resort
