We want you to know exactly what to expect:
• PRIVATE HOME & BACKYARD: The main house, pool, jacuzzi, cabana, and backyard are exclusively for your group.
• ATTACHED GUESTHOUSE: A separate guesthouse is occupied long-term and has its own private entrance. Its occupants do not have access to your home or outdoor spaces.
• POOL: The pool is private and unscreened, so wind or rain may occasionally bring leaves or debris into the water. It is professionally serviced weekly, and a pool net is provided.
• PARKING: Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No garage access.
• MAINTENANCE: Weekly pool and lawn service may occur during your stay and cannot be skipped.
• SECURITY CAMERAS: Exterior perimeter only, operating 24/7.

We welcome 1 well-behaved, house-trained dog with a $150 pet fee. Please let us know your dog's breed before booking.
Service animals are welcomed in accordance with Airbnb's service animal policy.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
You'll have private access to the entire main house, pool, jacuzzi, cabana, and backyard.
The attached guesthouse is occupied separately and has its own private entrance. Its occupants do NOT have access to your home or any of your outdoor spaces.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
We're happy to accommodate early check-in or late checkout whenever our schedule allows.
Availability depends on neighboring reservations and our cleaning schedule, so requests can only be confirmed closer to arrival or departure. An additional fee may apply depending on the requested time and scheduled availability.
