Pool/ Hot Tub Heat and BBQ Grill-
•Our private pools can be heated upon request (US$40.00 per day, inquire with host). Hot tub will not be heated unless pool is heated. Pool is recommended to be heated between Oct-May. Pool will be heated to 88 degrees and hot tub to 103 degrees. In the odd case the air temp is below 60 degrees. Pool heaters do struggle to stay 25 degrees above air temp.

Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill (no extra charge to use).

Other things to note
NO PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed at the home.

Person booking must be present for duration of stay at the home. Also, please confirm the names and ages of all the adults staying at the home.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.

Guest must provide copy of drivers license/government ID after booking. Person booking(above 25) must be present for duration of stay at the home. Also, confirm the names and ages of all the adults staying at the home.


Supplies Provided:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial STARTER PACK free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries.

There will be intermittent closings in September and October of the community pool/water slide/lazy river to upgrade the inside surface areas of each. They are however adding activities for the kids and outdoor games that can be played at the clubhouse. The workout area remains open along with tennis/pickleball courts.

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed even on the pool deck or in front
3. Pets are allowed as long as registered with us in advance. And you clean up after then inside and outside.
5. Occupancy is max of 12 guests, additional guests will be asked to leave or may result in eviction of the entire party.
6. No Illegal substances
7.Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. Resort security may request eviction for excessive noise.
8.Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. If WiFi/internet or any of our outdoor security cameras, pool heat controls are shut off, unplugged or tampered with it will result in immediate removal from home with no refund. (Note: there are outdoor Ring cameras on premises- on front door, over garage facing street and overlooking pool controls- cameras are motion activated and recording)
