    Charmante maison de vacances de quatre chambres à coucher et trois salles de bains, le palais de Pluton situé dans le parc Highgate à Legacy Park. Cette communauté est une communauté fermée prestigieuse située entre des collines et une abondance d'orangeraies. La communauté offre aux clients l'accès à des courts de tennis et à une aire de jeux extérieure pour les enfants. HighGate Park est idéalement situé à la sortie de l’autoroute 27 et à seulement 13 km de Walt Disney World. La communauté est à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Berry où vous trouverez un supermarché Publix pour tous vos besoins d’épicerie et plusieurs restaurants pour votre plaisir. La proximité des terrains de golf, des plages, des boutiques, des parcs à thèmes d'Orlando et des principales autoroutes fait de HighGate Park l'endroit idéal pour les familles en vacances en Floride centrale!

    La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size avec salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et les troisième et quatrième chambres disposent de lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre est équipée de sa propre télévision. Salle de jeux avec table de billard. Internet sans fil gratuit fourni à la maison!

Nice location!

It was a nice location and a very nice house. The jacuzzi water never got warm so we were a little disappointed because that was one of the reasons why got it.

Reviewer Comments: After arriving at the airport, you're always hopefull that the hotel or villa you are staying matches up with the photos and this definitely did.Based in a very quiet neighborhood in Orlando, this 4 bedroom villa was the perfect place for 8 of us to kick back from a manic trip around the parks or elsewhere in Orlando. Everything was clean and well presentable. Some of the furniture was a little dated perhaps but that was only a minor inconvenience. One other aspect for out of towners, you will need a car or other mode of transport as it's a little distance from most of the major attractions. However, this did not spoil our stay as we were well ahead of this. I would highly recommend this villa and Florida Spirit who were always at the end of a phone call or email way before or during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaints I have is the master bath toilet, one of the master sinks both have drain issues and the spa is misleading. Need to explain the spa is not a hot tub and did not have jets running even when you turn the timer on at night for the lights. It just recirculates with the pool water when the pump runs during the day. The house was very nice and we still enjoyed our stay.

See below some issues to follow up in this house: 1- Billiard table need to be leveled. 2- The pool screen door need to be repair. 3- No propane gas, we cannot use the BBQ. 4- Some towels need to be replaced. 5- Bathroom sink faucet need to be cleaned. 6- We suggest leave in the house 1 broom and dustpan for light or emergency cleaning. 7- Additional trash bags are necessary. 8- Ceiling fans need to be lubricated. 9- The pool need more chemicals and/or water filter replacement. The house is beautiful, a great and quite Community, but, need a little more attention and maintenance.

Reviewer Comments: The beds in this rental were awful, every single one, we spent 9 nights and they were so uncomfortable and old, a real disappointment. The cleaning could have been better, the pans were still dirty and some were very old, hard to cook a meal for 7 with 2 pans. There was greasy dust on the side of the bottom of the fridge, baseboards in kitchen were gross. The pool was off again, on again, instructions were poor, had to contact the rental service for help twice, was told on thing on the phone, was told another through text message. Toilet in master constantly ran and flushed off and on in the middle of the night. We could have rented other properties for less but felt like spending a little more to hopefully get a higher quality rental, we did not....

If you want a great place to stay...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation house was clean, large, accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. There were 4 nice sized bedrooms and 3 clean bathrooms, with the master bedroom being especially large. The shower and bath water was nice and hot and we never ran out of hot water, even with 9 people in the house. The pool was nice and clean and spacious, even though it did not feel heated, as was stated in the description. However, the kids greatly enjoyed the pool. The full kitchen was well stocked and spacious, the family room had a large pull out bed and every bedroom had a tv. The drive to Disney was about 25 minutes and to Universal was about 35 minutes. There is a Walmart, Publix, cvs 2-3 minutes away, and tons of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. We give this house a 5/5 stars and will stay here again.

Upon inspection of property I took pictures of the things I saw wrong or broke so I wasn’t responsible for these items The pool table was broken in the garage and it was extremely hot in there to play with it anyway.. The pool and spa was tricky thing to do and the spa didn’t work very well . Pump didn’t turn on till 11 am so there was many black bugs in pool till it filtered. We called to assist with this issues someone came by end of day.. few days in the pool lights stopped working and we called then the pump shut down and we called and no one came untill the day of departure Also the outlets kept blowing in the kitchen .Over all our stay was very pleasant and fix those few things And this would be a great place for our family to visit again.

Great for families.

We had a great stay although the weather could have cooperated better. We loved the heated pool however the controls were locked out so the spa never really got hot enough to be really enjoyed. Also when really cold I would have turned off pool heat to save some electricity. Overall nice rental.

I had an amazing time with my family and my 1 year old. The house is beautiful, the pictures do no justice to the inside of the home. Everything was so clean and in order. The space is absolutely perfect, and the pool and pool area were clean, great water temperature, and safe for my toddler. There is a screen that can close off the pool. Not to mention, the neighborhood is excellent. Gated community, need I say more? It was pure bliss. I will definitely be returning.
