Overview
Exclusive to Dreams United LLC and situated centrally within the extremely popular gated community of Legacy Park, we present this newly refurbished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pet friendly pool home.

This is a large home at over 1700 square feet, there is room on our private driveway for two standard vehicles too!

The home has been partially renovated this summer and we feature new flooring throughout, new beds, furniture and a whole rake of soft furnishings, this accompanies the kitchen which was completed the previous year which features everything that you are going to need to cater for your next family event! We have resigned our bathrooms too which are finished to a high standard.

Our gated community has a tennis court and a playground, and it is within 10 miles from the gates of Disneys Animal Kingdom and well located for all local amenities!

Facilities
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
Vacation starter Kits are available via the Property Manager, please enquire before the commencement of your stay for full details.

Cleaning is $150 per stay unless part of one of our special offers
Pool Heating is $35 per night

BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 for your stay or $10 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.

Up to two pets can be brought to our home, this will be at a cost of $100 per pet, per stay to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

An additional 12% is added and collected to all bookings to cover Polk County Tourist Development Tax & Sales and Use Tax (unless otherwise stated).

Living
Our two separate living spaces are the focal point of the home.

Both feature all wood floors, new sofas and chairs.

The first living area is directly to your left as you enter the home and features a new games are complete with table football cards table and wall mounted TV, we intend to add even more to our games room over the next few months, so watch for updates!!

Our second open plan living area is finished in a modern style and features access to the lanai and pool area, a new large sofa and wall hung streaming TV.

Kitchen
This is a beautiful kitchen where you will be able to create all your favourite dishes! Featuring a stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freeze, kettle, toaster and coffee machine... everything that you are going to need to make any meal!

We provide all the iron and silverware, you will need for nothing!

Dining
Our open plan living area features our new dining table and chairs, we have seating for eight around this new space! The kitchen can be accessed directly from this area.

Bedrooms
3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

The Master Bedroom is a huge private suite, featuring a king bed, walk in closet and plenty of drawer space.

A wall hung TV will give you access to all of your favourite streaming services, the room also features a cooling ceiling fan so you can catch the breeze!

The Master also features an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and WC,

The Second Bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage space through a large closet and and drawer space. There's views of the pool from this room which is situated towards the rear of the home.

Bedroom Three can sleep up to four people on our fantastic bunks!

The bunk feature four single beds in a 2:2 formation. your kids are going to love this fantastic space!

All our bedrooms have wood floors and multiple outlets so you can charge your phones and devices.



Bathrooms
2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

Master Ensuite Bathroom

In the Bathroom, you'll find a brand new double vanity and large mirror, enclosed shower and separate bath.

A beautiful space to relax after a day at the parks!

Second Bedroom

The Bathroom that serves the second bathroom features a toilet and shower.

There are plenty of towels and linens! We provide you with all face cloths and towels across each bathroom.

Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms too!



Games Room
Over the next few months we are aiming to build a games room to wow you!

We currently feature a foosball table, card table, new sofa and large wall mounted tv with an HDMI hook up to enable you to attach your device!

Pool
Our North Facing Pool is a sun lover's delight.

All Pool towels are provided and we have brand new furniture on the deck for you to enjoy along with a small outdoor table, bench and chairs and two new sun loungers.

The pool is protected by safety alarms which are situated in the home, although if you want the additional safety fences to be erected, we can do this too!

Pool Heating is recommended November - April, Heat is provided through an electric heater and costs $35 per night inclusive of tax.

The pool pump is scheduled to operate for 12 hrs during your summer stay and reduces to 8 hours over the winter months. If you have paid for pool heat, the pool pump will run for 12 hours to provide heat.

Outside
This gated community has a tennis court and a playground, which are situated around 100 yards down the hill from our home.

Legacy Park is a fantastic, popular mixed short term and residential community, sitting within about ten miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and within easy reach of local amenities.

There is no garage space available at our home.

Free High Speed Wifi is provided to you within the home through Spectrum.

Great gated family villa located Highgate Park

We stayed at a villa in the gated community of Highgate Park, located in Davenport. The property features a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with three bedrooms: a master with an en-suite, one with a double bed, and another with two double bunk beds. There’s also a generously sized pool and spa.We were a family group with a 6-month-old baby, a 3-year-old, and a 14-year-old, and the villa suited our needs perfectly. The property was modern, well-maintained, and clean.The property is managed by Dream United, who were excellent in answering our questions about the villa and communicating the check-in and check-out process clearly.

Great House with Pool and Spa

Great place to stay, ideal for visiting Disney and playing Golf. We loved the heated pool & spa. The villa was very nice and clean, we felt like home! We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend the House. Thank you Adrian and Caroline for being our hosts.

"Impeccably Clean, Allergy-Friendly, and Perfectly Located!"

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! It was the cleanest and most well-maintained rental we’ve ever stayed at. Unlike many other places, it didn’t trigger any allergies for our family, which was such a relief. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy our trip to the fullest. On top of that, the property manager was incredibly responsive and made communication seamless from start to finish. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
