You will love floating outdoors in your personal cottage pool and hot tub, based in a tropical setting, and relaxing in this upscale cottage decked out with charming décor. The cottage’s open concept, along with a generous covered lanai space by the pool, allows you to always be a part of the fun!
The space
This unique and aptly named “Peachy Keen” cottage has a beachy pastel color palette and chic wood-like “pool friendly” tile flooring which effortlessly carries throughout the house. You'll enjoy this happy and classic cottage in the newly opened, quaint, and colorful Margaritaville Orlando Resort! This vacation resort is meant for the islander at heart.

The inviting common area of this cottage includes all the comforts of home! It has generous seating with a cozy couch, ottomans, two side chairs, a hutch with some games and pool towels, and a 65” flat-screen television. The fully stocked kitchen showcases full-sized stainless-steel appliances, a large dining table and island, fully organized cabinets, and a ready to fill pantry. If young children are joining your tropical getaway, the home is conveniently stocked with a highchair, pack n play, baby gate, and stroller. A vacuum, mop, and broom also provided for clean-ups if needed. Beyond these, you will enjoy other convenient organizational touches such as coat hooks, shoe baskets, and a place for your keys.

The 1st floor bedroom is cozy and convenient for those who don’t desire climbing stairs. It’s designed with a serene and classic sailing theme. It offers a king size bed, nightstand, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a dresser, and closet to help you unpack and unwind. Additionally, this bedroom includes a large en-suite bathroom with double-vanity, glass walk-in shower, and a private toilet room. This suite is a sailor's haven!

Make your way upstairs to the spacious 2nd bedroom with a tranquil color palette and fun fish theme. It features two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser, closet, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub/shower, and private toilet room. This room is a must-have, whether you're traveling with children, friends, or extended family!

The 3rd bedroom is a spectacular master suite on the 2nd floor with a gentle and sleek ocean theme presenting a view out to the balcony and pool. This gorgeous room includes a king size bed, matching nightstands, dresser, closet, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom suite is a private oasis, sure to please!

You will also find a generously sized separate living space on the 2nd floor. This is the perfect spot to relax! You can curl up on the over-sized couch to read, snuggle up for movie nights, watch your favorite shows, or have game time with family and friends in this multi-use room. The loft features a 65” wall-mounted flat-screen television, side table, coffee table, and a sectional with a built-in chaise lounge and full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa bed for additional guests.

The loft also holds an enclosed, full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer laundry area, so you can feel free to pack light or stay longer!

If the first-floor covered lanai weren’t enough, you can also enjoy the outdoor balcony right off the loft where you can take in great views of the community while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool and spa. If you love dining al-fresco or feeling the Florida sun, you will love taking advantage of the outdoor covered dining area, lounge chairs, and oh… did we mention your very own swimming pool and hot tub with a connected half-bath! Whether you prefer a daytime dip or a midnight moment, there is never a wrong time to have a salted rim of something tasty in this cottage’s gated backyard!

Free WiFi is included, so you have the option to stay connected while you’re away.

The resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 15 miles from Universal Studios.
It’s walk-able to “Sunset Walk”, an entertainment destination with many dining and retail options…including a dine-in movie theater. Sunset Walk also features a 14-acre waterpark (ticket purchase required). Target is conveniently located next to Margaritaville Orlando Resort as well as other grocery and liquor stores very close, so you can conveniently stock up the cottage for your stay.

Everything is included with your stay except for the hotel pools and hotel gym. Those two areas operate under a private membership that only the hotel guests and cottage owners have access to. Most guests purchase season passes to the waterpark called "Island H2O" with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)

With your stay, you have access to the restaurants, arcade, dog park, playgrounds and the entire downtown areas called Sunset Walk.

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE MARGARITAVILLE GUEST ACKNOWLEDEMENT FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVING. IF THE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AS IT IS A REQURIEMENT OF THE RESORT. THE FORM WILL BE SENT IN A MESSAGE RIGHT AFTER BOOKING.
