Step inside through the foyer and into the kitchen, which comes equipped with all essential appliances including a range oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining area sits conveniently between the kitchen and the living room, where a cozy sofa and large TV invite you to relax after a fun-filled day. Sliding glass doors lead you out to the private balcony, which includes comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine or a quiet evening breeze.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located near the main bathroom for easy access. A second bedroom also features a queen bed, while the third is designed with two single beds ideal for kids. A second full bathroom is conveniently located between these rooms. The condo also includes a laundry closet with an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has elevator access and parking is available.
