Another great stay!

Once again, this property was awesome! The kids really enjoyed the private pool. Brandi is a pleasure to work with. This was our second year to book this property.

Great stay but tree sucks

We had a great stay awesome place. But two down sides got to pay $50 to use grill and the tree you got to park under. But overall a great place to stay we had so much fun. My daughter wants to go back now.

Great place to stay

The house had a great location. It was half a mile from Walmart and the highway to Disney. It was so close to the clubhouse. We loved our stay. I did mention no batteries in the remote and didn’t hear back, but we swapped batteries from another remote. Couldn’t get the living room TV to connect to anything, so kids watched TV in the bedrooms. It has a nice sized refrigerator. Plenty of space to move around! There is room for one car in the driveway, but additional spots across the street. The clubhouse was kind of disappointing because every time we went there was lightning or a baby pooped in the pool and it closed. Just bad timing on our part I guess. We would stay here again! It was exactly as described. It even had a closet with a stroller, pack and play, and a high chair as well as baby life jackets. We didn’t use, but it would be handy if you had little ones.

Very nice

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The community is beautiful. My daughters really enjoyed the water slides at the pool. The house had anything/everything needed for the kitchen. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We were a short walking distance to the pool area.

Perfect for our Family of Four Disney Vacation!

As a family of four travelers, we really enjoyed staying at this rental. The unit was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It was very convenient to everything we needed - dining, shopping, and the Disney parks. The Mickey décor is a nice touch! The heated pool was wonderful after a long day of adventuring and the neighborhood waterpark is just a 1 minute walk away. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back soon!

Perfect Disney Vacation!

We had a fabulous stay, everything was smooth from booking, to arrival and check in, and check out. Brandie is super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in a few hours early, which was a tremendous help since we drove from New Orleans overnight. We are a family of 4, so we had lots of extra space. The washer, dryer, and kitchen are worth their weight in gold when traveling with little boys. The townhouse is adequately equipped with all of the basics, so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner some evenings, avoiding several expensive park meals. I have stayed in Windsor Hills for 10 years now and not all properties are as nice as this one. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful Christmas Vacation!

Great location

We loved staying at Windsor Hills. Our travel to and from the parks was way shorter than staying on property and waiting for the bus. Everything was as pictured. Brandi was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo

We had a great time at Disney Dreams. The private pool was pretty cool.. The condo was clean and felt like home. Everything we needed was there. Disney is a short drive away, and a Walmart just down the street. Excellent stay!! Thank you !

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Windsor Hills. It was the perfect location and the property was maintained well! The owner was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay here again! The only thing I would note is that you can’t turn the thermostat below 72* so we did get warm at night. That wasn’t a huge deal though. We loved the townhouse and enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

The property was perfect for my young family. The location is UNBEATABLE! Brandie and Dean have a well-oiled machine of a process. No hiccups at all. Security at the gate is no joke but it’s very busy during our visit so it was appreciated. The pool, water park, and dining spot were great for our day off from the parks. Highly recommend!

Kind and Thoughtful Owners

Thank you to Brandie and her family - this property was wonderful. We had some changes in our stay and she was kind and respectful of our asks. The property was wonderful; very clean and perfect for families. There were fun things for the kids to do and the community pool was their favorite (also SUPER close). The kitchen was fully equipped - perfect for families who want to make mac and cheese for the kiddos and a full course meal for the adults. The pool out back was perfect for our 7 and 4 year olds to have a quick swim in and get some energy out. Thank you for having us, we would definitely book this place when we come back.

Be informed

Host was responsive! Clean home. Be informed. Caught off guard with what was supplied. 6 adults. 2 infants 1 toddler. Stayed 10 days. 3 toilet rolls supplied. No extras. Only 6 bath towels supplied. Dishes numbered. Never seen this before. Stated 16 bowls but only 13 when we checked out.. explained that we did not count dishes but we did not take or break any except a wine glass which we replaced. Made for a stressful stay.

Wonderful!

This was the nicest, cleanest property we have stayed in at Windsor Hills (we have stayed at many!) Many cleaning products, and all utensils you could need. Owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. We had a wonderful stay in this home! Close to Disney parks and very nice community pool, as well as pool behind Unit for privacy. Highly recommend!

Nice home away from home, with good times around the corner.

I had a lovely experience here and hope to come back to book this space again. My family & I stayed at this beautiful property. Before arriving, my kids already felt like royalty because of the secure access to the resort. The resort grounds were beautiful, the staff nice & welcoming. The rental property itself was clean & had decor that would please the young & old. The private pool was a sweet addition for those hot & tired moments.y family was able to relax around each area of this hone, like they were at their own home. The owner was was quick & had great communication. The price was great for the value. The only issue I had, was the amount of cleanup required before leaving the property due to the cleanup rate charged is higher than any other rental I've ever booked. Overall, it was all worth it...just had to plan our exit well. I most definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much for an awesome retreat Brandie!

Great Owner. Great Location

Condo was clean and very well stocked. It came with everything you need to get started. The location is great. Just a short walk to the pool. We have stayed at Windsor Hills multiple times and in different units, this unit was the nicest one we have stayed at. We would stay here again. Only negative feedback for the owner were two small things. (1) The thermostat is set on cycles that you cannot change and it got very hot in the unit. I know it's Florida and there are limits, but it was uncomfortable at times. (2) The check-out process involves more intense cleaning than we have done at other rental properties. Please make sure you leave time on your check-out morning to do the required cleaning.

Kids loved it

Our kiddos enjoyed having the personal pool at the property and the larger community pool with slides. Convenient location to get to all the attractions we wanted as well. Overall, great stay.
