The Space:

You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 18 in style. We have paid great attention to every detail when we furnished this home. Each room has a different feel and theme so there is something for everyone, and all rooms have wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s.



For those traveling with babies or young children, stroller is provided.



First Floor -

Living and dining space - decorated in sleek contemporary furniture. Dining area seats 10 with 6 more seats at the kitchen counter.

Pool - furnished with comfortable loungers and features outdoor dining.

Game room - comfy couch for TV viewing and video games with foosball table.

Bedroom #1 - Peaceful Zen Room has a King size bed and a jack n jill full bathroom that also connects to the hallway.

Bathroom #1 – Full bathroom, guest access ensuite, with a with Step in Shower. This bathroom has dual sinks and a stand alone shower and would be the downstairs bathroom for the common areas

Bedroom #2 - Boho Chic is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite with garden tub

Bathroom #2 – Half Bathroom pool access ensuite with a with Step in Shower, standalone shower, dual sinks and entry to the lanai/pool deck



Second Floor -

Bedroom #3 - Frozen bedroom has two twin beds with a jack n jill bathroom connecting to Bedroom 8 (Beach Retreat)

Bathroom #3 – Full Jack and Jill bathroom in between Bedrooms #5 and #6 with a Step in Shower, has dual sinks and a standalone shower.

Bedroom #4 - Star Wars bedroom with two twin size beds

Bathroom #4 – Guest full bathroom, with combination of Shower and Tub

Bedroom #5 - Rustic Ranch bedroom has a king size bed with a jack n jill bathroom connecting to Bedroom #6 (Mickey Mouse)

The Neighborhood:

All guests must be registered on the property gate access guest list. All drivers must have a valid Driver's License identification card matching the name registered on the guest list.

Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you’re lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.

Rental car is highly recommended.



Other Things to Note:

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.



4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.



5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.



6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.



8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
