Welcome to Blue Paradise 15 bedroom Villa at Solterra Resort!
This beautiful villa sleeps up to 32 guests with 15 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Private heated pool, spa, game room, and theater room. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort which includes a lazy river, beach pool with water slide, fitness center, tennis courts, and much more!

**The home has been completely renovated. The renovations include:

-Brand new Avatar themed Home Theater and Game Room with FREE XBox passes

-Star Wars Theme bedroom with a slide and play area for the little ones

- Princess bedroom with a castle bunk bed

-Minion Bedroom

- Harry Potter Bedroom

- Tatooine Star Wars bedroom

- New flooring throughout: luxury vinyl flooring in all the bedroom, stairs, loft, and the game room. All carpet has been replaced with new luxury vinyl floors throughout

-Fresh paint throughout with beautiful colors and modern accent walls

-All bathrooms are freshly painted

** Space: bedroom and bathroom breakdown (Max. 32 guests). The Villa has a total of 22 beds (10 king bedrooms, 5 Full size beds, 7 Twin size beds)

Family Annual Vacation

The house was beautiful with enough rooms for all of us and we really enjoyed our week of vacation. Would like to recommend more pots and pans as well as bigger pots and pans for a house this size to accommodate large groups. The HOA needs to work on the parking issue. It's very hard to expect large families to expect to receive only 5 parking passes when they are coming from various states.

Golf Outing

This is the 2nd time that my group of 12 golfers from all over the country have rented this house for four day of golf. Great house for a bunch of guys. Parmi is very responsive and a great host.

Beautiful and spacious

Overall my family enjoyed the stay. I’ll break down the pros and cons. Pros- home looks just like the photos so it’s beautiful, they did a great job decorating for Christmas and that was appreciated, clean, great communication, timely responses. Cons-walls are thin so you can hear kids upstairs and the backyard neighbors well into the night, kitchen could use larger pots and pans, (current ones are small so it makes it hard to cook for a large group, I would have also expected a larger stove because we couldn’t use all 4 heating elements at once, there are no wash clothes only hand towels, makeup towels and drying towels. Neighborhood was a little questionable and the proximity to stores was further than expected.

Amazing home for a large family vacation!

The house was just as described online and looked even better in person. The home was cleaned well and had what was needed during the stay. The location was great and convenient to different Florida attractions! There was more than enough room for my 22 family members that stayed in the house. The host Parmi always responded very quickly and pleasantly to any questions or minor is issues we had. Overall it was a great house and we had a great vacation!

Excellent vacation house for a big family gathering

This house was amazing. We had 30 people staying here for a week with ages from 9 months to 66 years of age. There was plenty of room. Everything was clean. Plenty of starting supplies. Great neighborhood. The owner or manager was extremely responsive in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Finally!!!!

I have used VRBO on several occasions for booking family get-a-ways and etc. and to finally have one that’s true to the pictures and details is a major plus for me… I was so nervous at first because I honestly didn’t know what to expect after being disappointed for our family Christmas vacation last year (false advertisement). This home is everything it said it was, it’s spacious, great for entertaining a large family or group, convenient to the greater Orlando area and great for just lounging around from a busy day of exploring, our group had an amazing time.. the home made us feel at home and we will be booking this home again during the summer… June 2023… and the host Parmi is quick with her responses to any questions and concerns, that’s what sold me because I was able to talk to a real person and know it wasn’t fraud or I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Thanks again for such great hospitality.

Perfect 15 Bedroom House

The entire process throughout booking and our stay was perfect. The host Parmi Toor is so good about communication. She even helped us to get a payment extension on the booking . She responded any time I contacted about the property . The house was beautiful and very clean . The pool was great , theater feels like at the movies and the game loft upstairs has a great vibe. The master bathrooms are extra beautiful. The kitchen has plenty of space and the grill works great . Air felt good , Wi-Fi was strong. No complaints will definitely be back!!

Underestimated Property

From the check-in to check-out the property manager was the best by far. Anytime I messaged her she instantly responded. The home was well stocked with pots and small appliances to accommodate my BIG family. Even had pool towels. The maintenance crew came out everyday to clean the pool and even restock the propane tank for the grill. The outside eating and seating area was really nice. Overall experience home is at the top of the list of all the homes I've visited in Orlando. Highly recommended to large families.
