📍 Storey Lake sits in Kissimmee off Osceola Parkway, close to US-192 and I-4, about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Publix, Target, Walmart and Walgreens are about 7 minutes away, restaurants about 4, and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are a short drive.

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 21 minutes away.

🪪 All drivers must be registered at the gate before arrival.

🚘 Park only in the home's driveway or designated spaces; overflow spaces are limited and can't be reserved.

🚨 Overnight street parking is not allowed, and vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.



🚫 Not permitted in the community: commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, boats and other watercraft.

🔹 Damage Waiver (optional): a small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — no stress over a chipped plate or a scuffed wall.

💵 Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out if there's no damage — usually within 2–14 days depending on your bank or card issuer.

📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

An exterior camera covers the front doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor sensor measures noise levels only — no audio is ever recorded — to help respect community quiet hours.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
