With three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, the property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom has two Twin beds, and the third bedroom offers two Twin beds plus a sofa bed.

Located in a quiet, gated community in Kissimmee, the property offers convenient access to Disney World, Universal, and Orlando’s many attractions.

Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and essential services are also conveniently accessible, making this home a great base for both theme park days and more relaxing days in the area.

STARTER SUPPLIES

This is a self-catering vacation home. A limited supply of starter items is provided for your arrival, and guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products needed during their stay.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each. Guests traveling with pets must provide the number of pets, their weight, and breed in advance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.

The maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected throughout the entire stay.
Only registered guests are permitted to access the property during the reservation.
