We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and My Home Away is a great example of that.

Very competitively priced, this well appointed home offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, plenty of living space, an Olympic size community pool, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

My Home Away sleeps 8 people comfortably, housing 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, including one on the ground floor with a bathroom right opposite, and a pull out Queen sofa. The owners have tried very hard to make the home feel like a home away from home, hence the name, and not just feel like another standard vacation rental, and we think they succeeded.

This well equipped townhome is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home and offers 1187 sq ft of living space which provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort pool provides a nice option for those who are more energetic! Located less than a one minute walk from the main pool area, My Home Away is East facing which means you can enjoy the gentle morning Sun from the comfort of your your private patio which has furniture available for you.

As you would expect, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped. It has many nice features, all of which adds to the appeal of what has become an extremely popular rental. Decorated very nicely throughout, the home just feels like a home away from home and many guest comment on how comfortable they find it. 

Customer feedback is important, and while some guests do prefer full resort facilities, many just want to feel relaxed and My Home Away definitely has that vibe. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home, this home can sleep 8 due to the pull out sofa yet still does not feel over crowded.

The bedrooms consist of one king size master which is on the second floor but has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated at the other end of the hallway, and a third bedroom, also a Queen, which is on the ground floor just next to the kitchen. There is a shared bathroom on each floor, making 3 full bathrooms in total, so there is plenty of room for the whole family! We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.

My Home Away also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 55" smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and each bedroom also has it's own flat screen TV.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing to the East, you can enjoy the rising sun in the early morning, perhaps enjoying a spot of breakfast too as you plan your next adventure!.

My Home Away has proven to be incredibly popular over the years and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who consider location to be important, to others who just want the opportunity to relax. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this ground floor unit has that covered too thanks to the first floor bedroom.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
