Sleeps up to 16 guests plus an infant/toddler with Frozen, Harry Potter, Mickey Mouse themed bedrooms that will delight all ages. With top of the line indoor/outdoor living, you’ll be tempted to move in permanently! Conveniently located near the Walt Disney World Resort with great restaurants and shopping, make this your home away from home!

The space

Enjoy Storey Lake resort free amenities including year-round heated outdoor resort pools with water slide, lazy river, splash pool and gym. You are only minutes away to major theme parks. Easy access by road to all Orlando attractions. This modern vacation home boasts 5 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms(including two master bedrooms) with 1 crib and 10 beds (3 king size beds, 3 full size beds and 4 twin size beds). It easily caters up to 16 guests comfortably with kid-friendly themed bedrooms.

• Free basic cable channels, free local phone calls in the USA and FREE Wi-Fi thru out the entire house

• Laundry on-site (washer and dryer), drying rack, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and step stool is also available for your use. 2 washing clothes detergents capsules is provided.

• Free Parking on the driveway(up to 2 cars) or park on the unassigned designated parking spots in front of the house. Please avoid blocking sidewalks and no parking over the grass. Trash will be picked up daily by dark from 8:30am in tied bags.

• We have some board games that may contains small pieces. Adult/parental supervision is advised.

• To turn on the Air Hockey Table please use the switch locates in the power strip.

• 3 Burner Grill come with a full gas grill propane tank along with utensils is available for rent upon request for 1 week, Price $99 for delivery and cleaning (Tax included). Please let me know at least 3 days in advance for me to be able to coordinate with the renting company. If you want it for one more week, it will be $45 more (Tax included).

• Online purchases: if online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes addresses.

Other things to note:

Please notify at least 3 days in advance before your check-in date if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is a daily $50 (Tax included) for the duration of your stay.

Note that the house pool/spa temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work at its optimum when outside temperature goes below 65ºF.

We are sorry to say, that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner/family member has SEVERE ALLERGIES to animals/pet dander, hair and/or fur. Therefore, there is a “NO PET” policy in place for guests including visitors to this property. The law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander, hair and/or fur are protected by the Law as well.
