Located in Davenport, this corner-unit townhouse offers convenient access to shopping, dining, main roads, and everyday essentials throughout Central Florida.

🏊 Private Pool Heating

Private pool heating is not included with your stay. It is available for an additional fee of $60 per day and must be reserved for every night of your stay. Pool heating must be requested at least two days in advance.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the water to heat. The heater operates through heat exchange and will not work during cold weather. If you request pool heating during cold conditions and the water does not reach your desired temperature, a refund cannot be provided.

🔥 BBQ Grill

The BBQ grill is available for $100 per stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before your arrival.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster to help keep the home clean.

All trash must be placed in tied 13-gallon kitchen bags.

Each bag must weigh no more than 30 lbs.

🍽️ Food and Kitchen Supplies

Florida law does not allow opened food to remain in the kitchen or refrigerator. Therefore, all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Items such as condiments, coffee grounds, and similar products will not be provided before check-in. These items may be purchased at a nearby supermarket.

🧻 Starter Supplies

We provide a few essentials to help you feel more at home upon arrival, including:

Paper towels

Dish sponge

Dish detergent

Dishwasher pods

Trash bags in all trash cans

One roll of toilet paper in each full bathroom

Hand soap

Shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom

These starter supplies will not be replenished. Guests must purchase any additional supplies they may need.

Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver packages to the property.

Parties and events are not permitted. A $1,000 penalty will be charged if an unauthorized party or event is detected at the property.
