This town house condo has been completely renovated . It is a 1500 sq foot two story of living space with brand new furniture. Kitchen completely stocked .Carpets replaced upstairs . Reclining upgraded couches . We have redesigned bedrooms, and living space that is designed to be welcoming and comfortable. It is a child friendly environment designed to let them run around , play and have fun. Additionally, it includes amenities for babies and toddlers with a high chair for eating, stroller for taking for walks or using at Disney and a playpen for sleeping.

Our town home is short walk from the Clubhouse and all of the amenities.

The living area has a 55' LED TV with more than 300HD channels and a DVD/BluRay player; the master has a 32 inch tv and the other bedrooms have 32' LED TVs for every-ones convenience. Bring your games and let the kids play. This town home is equipped with FREE WiFi and Long-distance trough out North America.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM

The kitchen is a self-contained kitchen with all your comforts from home including all appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a Cuisinart/ Kureg Coffee machine and Magic Bullet blender for your convenience. The living room has two reclining leather couches that are comfortable to sit or nap on after a day at the pool. The design of the house furniture is to ensure the house stays hygienic and dust free to ensure we have a pleasant experience as we all prefer to stay somewhere very clean.

THE RESORT

The resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water slide, lazy river, children’s pool, Adult pool, hot tub and much more. This resort has something for all age groups and caters to everyone. Regal Palms Resort and Spa is the place to be while in the Sunshine State!!!

SWIMMING PAVILION

When you stay at Regal Palms you have complete access to our swimming complex which includes a Resort Pool, Lazy River and Water Slide. Our Resort Pool is heated all year round to a temperature above 78°F using Geothermal Energy, even on the coldest winter day. Find out more about Geothermal Energy as a renewable energy source. This fantastic Resort Pool is one of the best around offering excitement and family fun near Disney area attractions, just steps away from your vacation home.

The resort will charge a $20.00 plus tx resort fee per day which covers all your guests in the home. It will be collected at the time of check in by the resort .

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out! Check in was a breeze - I received all information from the owners before checking in, when I had questions they responded quickly. The house was welcoming, just what we needed. It was very close to the pool, we've stayed in this resort before and had to drive to the pool so this was a plus. The beautiful seating area outside was a plus, only downfall was we couldn't figure out how to get the TV connected to the wifi to watch it, but that is user error and not a huge issue for us since we spend most of our time outside of the home. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for Disney Vacation

Wonderful property! Close to pool facilities and very convenient to get to Disney parks. The screened in patio was recently added and is a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, Cindy our host was very helpful right from the booking. All bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. Nice home and set up but visible wear and tear around the home. Perfect for families who will be out all day as will have less focus on the obvious bits of refurbishment required.

One of the best things about this stay was the great communication between myself and the incredible host. All my many questions and concerns were addressed immediately and in a helpful mannor. The condo is not far from any of the many Orlando attractions and yet it was nice to be outaide of the business of Orlando. Great onsite amenities! Definitely recommend this location!

We loved our stay it has everything you need,pots pans dishes towels and soaps. I loved the pool it had a hot tub lazy river a bar near the pool and an arcade. It was definitely worth the money I’m definitely coming back next year.

Owner was very responsive

One of the tvs blew out in a storm before we arrived and the owner was very good at informing me of the issue. Because I wanted tvs in all rooms she made sure one placed there before we arrived. Downstairs is a little tight as the area is small. Everything else was good. The rental was clean and quiet with no issues at all.
