Family room has an oversized 70 inch Roku TV. Game Room with air conditioner, pool table, air hokey, 65 inch television Xbox and more!! . Private Pool with a covered lanai. Stunning large Master bed and Queen bed, both with suites. Themed Mickey Mouse bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted TV's.

The space
The downstairs of the Villa is open plan with a large gathering area along with a large kitchen and dining area. Access to the playroom is via the inside door to the Garage. The pool and patio area are at the rear of the property. We are very pleased to be able to offer a bedroom downstairs with en-suite facilities for guests who are not able to use the stairs.


Pool Heating is available at an additional cost. Costs are $35 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Pool Heating is not required and is your own personal preference.

We have parking available for 2 cars on drive in front of the house. Please abide by local parking restrictions on the resort.

The pool in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, and early spring.
Pool heating is $35 plus taxes with a minimum charge of 175 which includes 5 nights and must be booked for the entire stay - unless your stay is more than 14 nights.
Pool heating should be booked prior to arrival.

Linens, towels, and starter bathroom amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras located outside of the property - the side yard and front yard surveillance front door and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the home, or facing the private pool.
The purpose of these cameras are to prevent parties and misuse or tampering with the pool equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $200 fine.
