The Space
Step into a bright, contemporary space designed for comfort and fun. The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the parks, while the private, screened-in pool offers a refreshing escape right outside your door.

This home comfortably sleeps your entire group with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed, Smart TV, and a dedicated desk.
- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed with a full en-suite bathroom (tub & shower) and a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): A fun-themed room with one Twin and one Double bed, plus a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Another themed room with one Twin and one Double bed and a Smart TV.
For our youngest guests, we provide a pack-n-play, a high chair, and an umbrella-style stroller for your convenience. (Please bring your own linens for the pack-n-play).

Optional (Extra Charge)
- BBQ grill rental: sanitized, delivered with propane, cost is between $91 and $108 for up to one week.
- Pool heating: $30+tax/day, has to requested for the complete stay. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Your stay includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker (drip and Keurig-compatible).
- High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with cable.
- Washer, dryer, iron, and hair dryer.
- Central air conditioning.
- Fresh linens and towels (one set per guest), plus dedicated pool towels.

- Check-in after 4 pm | Check-out by 10 am
- We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash/hand soap, dish detergent and trash bags for your whole stay
- Home is self-catered with starter supplies at check-in, so you don’t have to go shopping to the store upon arrival. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last the entire stay
- Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
- Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
- Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
- Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request
