Newly opened, Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. Walk to Sunset Walk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre waterpark.

THE SPACE:
The interior boasts a modern, open-style concept, offering plenty of space for your group to spread out.

The kitchen highlights gorgeous countertops, pristine beach-gray cabinetry, and a plethora of stainless-steel appliances. Nearby, you’ll uncover a supper table set for a party of four!

If you’re ready to rest and relax, this family room is ready for you, featuring a comfy couch, a coral-patterned ottoman, oceanic décor, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV!

Amazing!

We had a great time at this spotless and well appointed cottage. There is good options for food in the area (grocery store or restaurants). The private pool came in really handy with the August heat. Loved the proximity to the Disney park!

Great For Adults, No Child Friendly

Overall a good stay. The house has two bedrooms, and two en-suite bathrooms. Located near a lot of restaurants, and a Publix. Beds were comfortable, but the bedding smelled used. Luckily we travel with our own so we switched it out during our stay. My only major gripe is the front door does not lock from the inside. Meaning if you have small children, you'll need to watch them at all times as they can easily open the door and walk out into the street. This also made it difficult to know if the door was locked from the outside, in case someone would try to break in. The back door does have a child safety feature because of the pool, which was helpful.Overall, it was a nice stay, and served its purpose.

Would do it again

This was my first VRBO experience and after hearing so many stories I was skeptical. But this home was so lovely and like 15 minutes away from Disney. My friend stayed on property last year and complained about the busses and how much time it wasted. I saved over $1000 renting a car and staying here and was at my front door within 25 minutes. Walmart was just up the street for groceries, and everything was great. I have two minor complaints-I think the floors were mopped with dirty water because I spilled water the first day and used a paper towel to wipe it up and it was dirty. The outlet for the dryer was plugged, but I just switched it with the washer, and the security button to the pool took a bit to figure out. Having said that it was REALLY great.

Lovely, Charming Cottage

My husband, daughter, and I stayed 5 nights for a volleyball tournament in Orlando. The property was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. My daughter loved the esthetics of the cottage and community. The private pool was nice to have just to cool off and relax without having to be bombarded by other vacationers like in a hotel. The community was somewhat secluded yet close to everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable which is always a concern when traveling as not all beds are made the same. I would definitely stay again if ever in the Orlando area.

Casiola 2 bed w/pool

This property is perfect for small families with children. The added safety to the pool area gave us more peace of mind knowing our son didnt have total access to the pool. We arrived to a beautifully clean house and everything we needed was there. All we had to do is make a target run and we were set for the week. And access to the highway to get to disney/universal was quick and easy. Will definitely love to stay with casiola again on our next disney trip.

Great location and amenities

Me and my husband stayed at the property for 11 days. The cottage was super cute, clean and had great amenities. The only issue we had during our stay was the keyless entry pad going out twice, which had us locked outside. We had to sit out on the front porch for over an hour before maintenance came to change the batteries. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great location

This cottage was fantastic! The check in process was seamless. The pool was a great addition for a family and let’s you avoid the crowds at the larger Margaritaville pool! The house was clean when we checked in and had more than enough linens for the week long stay. Great location and within a short drive to the Disney/Universal parks. We will definitely be booking again very soon!

Beautiful House

If you want a nice house with room for a family of 4 or more this is the place. I stayed here with my 6yr old, 4 yr old and husband. The house was perfect and Target was 5 minutes away! The only thing that really made me nervous was that the front door felt like it didnt lock tight but it did. The door didnt have a extra lock on top but security was driving around so that was fine. We did have a lot of centipedes near the front and back door but the owner took care of it right away! The pool was amazing and the water was perfect!!! You will not regret staying here!

The home was clean and relaxing. The only issue was when I booked, I wasn’t notified that magaritaville resort wasn’t included. I thought I was booking a cottage on the resort, Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked due to we was trying to on the resort. The house was nice, the mall, Lego land and sea world is about a 25-45 min drive. The restaurants and shops was not walking distance, unless it’s another way other than the way we went. Everything needs transportation but close by.

Disney Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I rented this cottage for our anniversary trip! We were planning to visit the Disney parks during this stay! The location was ideal as it only took us about 15 minutes to get to the parking areas of each park! It is also close to tons of restaurants and shops if you needed extra supplies. The cottage was clean, spacious and well-stocked! The property manager checked in via email and was very responsive! The cottage was in a very quiet location too, away from the hustle and bustle! The pool was nice to relax after a hot day in the park! I can't say enough great things about this place! I have rented at several locations in Orlando and this one was by far the best! I would highly recommend renting this location! I will definitely keep this one on my list to book again!

This cottage was the perfect place for two people or a small family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was chairs on the balcony. Also, don’t pay to heat the pool. It makes the water too warm.

I will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando and need a place to stay. The house is very beautiful, clean and awesome decorated! The rooms are so big and comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom! The pool is just a bonus! The house is in the heart of an super cute neighborhood, close to all shopping centers and places! We were a family of 5 , two adults and 3 children and we had the ability to stay absolutely perfect and comfortable in the property. Beautiful home, clean and comfortable! We are already planning our next trip to visit

Christmas Getaway

Nice property. Great location. Neat, but there was a weird smell when we entered the house- like a pet smell. We couldn’t open the windows to let in fresh air. I had to buy Lysol spray to get rid of the smell. The door keypad stopped working, but the property management sent someone out to fix it. I’ll stay here again.

Beautiful Property! Great Location!

Lovely spotless, stylish, nicely decorated home just like the pics on VRBO perfect for me and my husband. The host Dennis was great! Self check in was a easy process. The kitchen had everything we needed for a good family meal. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area with a grill and seating area was nice! The community was very beautiful and quiet with great security that made us feel very safe! Great location to restaurants, grocery stores, water park and fun theme parks. We had a wonderful and joyful three night stay with great memories! Looking forward to visit this awesome property in the coming future! We definitely recommend this beautiful property!
