To maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene of our home for every guest, WE STRICTLY REQUIRE ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS TO REMOVE THEIR SHOES AT THE ENTRANCE.



This is a very important house rule, and we kindly ask everyone to respect and follow it throughout their stay.



NO OUTDOOR SHOES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

For the safety of our guests and to maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of the spa, all guests must follow these rules:



🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE SPA / HOT TUB:

-NO GLASS OR GLASS CONTAINERS

-NO FOOD OR SNACKS

-NO ALCOHOL OR OTHER BEVERAGES

-NO BODY OILS, BATH OILS, LOTIONS, OR SOAP

-NO FOREIGN OBJECTS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY CONTAMINATE OR DAMAGE THE SPA



⚠️ IMPORTANT – $250 SPA CLEANING CHARGE

IF THE SPA IS MISUSED AND REQUIRES DRAINING, DEEP CLEANING, AND REFILLING AFTER CHECKOUT, A $250 ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE WILL APPLY.



This charge is intended to cover the additional cleaning and servicing costs resulting from improper use, subject to Airbnb's applicable policies.



PLEASE NOTE: Spa rules are also posted near the hot tub. However, ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND FOLLOW THESE RULES BEFORE CHECK-IN AND THROUGHOUT THEIR STAY.



We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the spa clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. ❤️

The tub should be set and programmed for 20 minutes and automatically shuts down after 20 minutes. No kids under 12 years old are allowed. No splashing, no diving, no water fights.



Grill available but you will have to provide your own propane and pay and additional of $50 for the cleaning fee. Thank You!
