GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

We want you to know exactly what to expect:

• ENTIRE PROPERTY: The home is divided into 4 private units, and your reservation includes ALL FOUR. Nothing is shared with other guests.

• POOL HEATING: FREE from October through April at approximately 89°F. During other months, heating is available for $35/day for the entire stay with at least 2 days' notice.

• SECOND FLOOR: Unit 2 is upstairs and requires stairs.

• UNSCREENED POOL: Wind and rain may occasionally bring leaves or small debris into the pool. It is professionally serviced weekly, and a pool net is provided.

• PET-FREE: Pets are not permitted. Qualifying assistance/service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb's applicable policy.

• WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Pool and yard service may occur during your stay and cannot be skipped.

Availability depends on neighboring reservations and our cleaning schedule, so requests can only be confirmed closer to arrival or departure. An additional fee may apply depending on the requested time and scheduled availability.
