Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 3 themed rooms for the adults/kids,4 adult suites, heated pool and spa make this a no brainer for the multigenerational family that wants to spend time together and follow their passions for theme parks or golf[;-) separately]. Located in the luxurious ChampionsGate area with international golf courses and Palm trees, this gated community is all you need to relax after a busy day at Orlando's theme parks or at the Golf course.
The space
Single family home with a private pool and Spa that can be heated for an extra fee. Startup amenities like keurig/ground coffee available,pods for dishwasher,washing machine,trash bags available when you arrive to give you time to shop for these on your own. Infant and toddler friendly with baby gate,pack and play,step stool,kid dishes,high chair and no hanging cords from the blinds but lacks child locks/safety plugs. Private work area with WiFi.
Guest access
Whole house and backyard. Free access to The Oasis clubhouse located on 1520 Oasis Club Blvd,Davenport and play areas in Retreat neighborhoods.
Other things to note-
1. POOL HEATER: Pool heating option can be provided to your reservation at a nightly rate of $50 USD for the entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.

POOL HEATING:
- The pool water heater runs at the same time as the pool pump filter. During cold nights, the pool water may feel colder in the morning and possibly early afternoon. As the day goes by, the heater will heat the water, but it will not turn the pool into a hot tub. It simply heats the water enough to make it usable. During very cold days, it is possible that the water may not reach your desired temperature, please take this into consideration as we cannot refund the pool heating fees. The weather is out of our control.

- Equipment such as pool/spa heater can present unexpected technical issues during a stay. If this extra amenity were purchased by you, and it presents a problem, you will be entitled to a refund for this service only, and you will not have the option to cancel your reservation with a refund.

#The neighborhood is under construction and can expect some noise for 2024.

# Internet Service:

The internet at our property is provided by the HOA and is shared across all vacation rentals in the area. For guests requiring higher speeds for remote work or other high-bandwidth needs, we recommend bringing a portable internet device to ensure your internet speed requirements are fully met.

# BBQ Grill usage :

Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay for an extra $30/stay. When doing so, we kindly ask that you refill the propane tank if needed and clean the grill after use to ensure a great experience for the next guests. Please note, if the grill isn't cleaned, an additional $30 cleaning fee will apply.

#Kindly note (for same day reservation) that we are unable to add any names for gate access after 9 pm EST on day of arrival , and we may need to cancel your reservation if you request adding names after that time.

#Guest Verification:

Guest will be asked to complete guest verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text. Please complete this verification process when booking our property.

# Great news! If our schedule allows and the property is ready, guests can enjoy early check-in for added convenience!

Here are our early check-in rates:
> 4 hours before check-in: $60
> 3 hours before: $45
> 2 hours before: $30
> 1 hour before: $15
