One of the home's biggest advantages is its no-rear-neighbor setting, providing added privacy while your family enjoys time at the private pool and spa.



Start the morning with a refreshing swim before heading to Walt Disney World, return home for an afternoon pool break, or plan an entire day relaxing without leaving the house. The private screened pool and lanai make it easy to enjoy the Florida sunshine on your own schedule.



The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for adults to relax poolside while younger guests swim or for everyone to spend time together outside after another exciting Central Florida day.



Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added.
