Located in Kissimmee, approximately 15 minutes from the Disney parks, this home combines the privacy of a full vacation residence with a private pool and the amenities of a resort.

Step inside to a modern, open-concept living space where the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together. It is the perfect setting to start your morning with breakfast before heading to the parks, prepare family meals, or simply unwind after a full day exploring Orlando.

Outside, the private pool is one of the home's main highlights. Enjoy sunny Florida days swimming and relaxing, then gather everyone in the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a BBQ grill and mini refrigerator. Optional pool heating is also available for an additional fee.

The six bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to make the home itself part of your vacation experience. Adults can enjoy spacious bedrooms with King and Queen beds, while rooms inspired by Beauty and the Beast, Tinker Bell, Mickey, Mario Bros., Monsters, and Star Wars add an extra touch of fun for younger guests.

Bedroom 1 – Beauty and the Beast themed suite: 1 King bed, sleeps 2. Private ensuite bathroom with shower.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2 – Tinker Bell themed room: 1 Queen bed, sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3 – Mickey themed room: 1 King bed, sleeps 2.

Bedroom 4 – Mario Bros. themed room: 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed, sleeps 4.

Bedroom 5 – Monsters themed room: 1 Full-over-Full bunk bed, sleeps 4.

Bedroom 6 – Star Wars themed room: 1 King bed, sleeps 2.

Other Information:

Parking: Single-family homes are limited to 3 cars per reservation. An additional fee of US$25 will be charged for each vehicle exceeding this limit.

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pets: US$50 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets weighing up to 33 lbs each. Please inquire in advance regarding larger pets.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day + tax, with a 3-day minimum.

BBQ Rental: US$85 per stay, including propane refill and cleaning.

The property also features central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a full laundry area, a Ring doorbell, and parking in front of the home.

Your pet is very welcome! To help everyone enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that pets stay off beds, sofas, and carpets. We also appreciate your help in keeping the home clean and picking up after your pet. Thank you for treating our home with care!
